I was also told that I needed to explain the reason for my questions, and at one point I was told my questions were "stupid." The call then ended abruptly while I was still trying to clarify the situation. I found this interaction to be unprofessional and unhelpful, especially when I was simply trying to understand your gym policies. I was not given clear or respectful information, and I was not given the opportunity to speak with a manager. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that people be provided with clarification regarding your gym rules and appropriate procedures for member communication. They create an environment where everyone, regardless of fitness level, feels welcome and inspired to push themselves. Each class offers something different, with workouts ranging from high-impact to low-impact, cardio to strength-based training. The variety keeps things fresh and exciting, making it easy to stay committed. The music playlists are always on point, setting the perfect vibe for each session and adding to the energy in the room. What really stands out about HOH is how the instructors encourage you throughout the class to reach your full potential.
