And fair warning, you can also expect to have Jay throw something at you as you walk in and yet strangely, you look forward to it. The best way to get a sense of what it's like to be a Symmetry client is to take advantage of the free consultation offer. But if you're like me & want a sense before u set foot inside the door then u should check out the testimonials on their website. I tried to cut & paste mine here but it exceeded the text limit! Actually everybody should read the testimonials. When u look at their testimonials you will see the diversity of the clientele and how much we care about the gym & our respective trainers. How many gym's have pages that customers actively engage with? I was brand new to the reformer method but I attended a 1:1 session to determine if I could handle it. Thankfully I was so for the last 12 weeks I have learned TONS of new things about my body and the way it works (and sometimes doesn't). Lacie and the other instructors have pushed and prodded my long, tall frame to be better than it was when I arrived. I've had numerous "aha" moments from the instruction that keep me thinking between classes. I am so grateful for the time and energy they've invested in me over these last 3 months.
