We were visiting family in Florida and decided to try Great Wolf Lodge for the first time. Overall, we had a good time and would definitely consider coming back if we're in the Florida area again! We booked two rooms, but unfortunately they weren't adjacent rooms, which was a little disappointing since we were traveling together as a family. Other than that, the resort itself is really nice and there are tons of activities for the kids, so there was always something to do. The water park isn't huge, but it's nice and there's plenty of seating. The outdoor area was probably one of my favorite parts, especially the jacuzzi. Coming from New York, we found it really strange seeing kids--even babies--in the jacuzzi because that's definitely not what we're used to back home! New York is VERY strict about those rules. One thing I will say is that the water park felt really far from the elevators, so be prepared for some walking, especially if you have little ones with you. As far as food goes, there aren't a ton of options. The restaurant was nice, and they also have a buffet, but we found it to be pretty expensive. There's also a food hall, but honestly, we weren't impressed with the food there. They do have a Dunkin', which was VERY popular, especially in the mornings. It was convenient and definitely one of the more affordable options. Another thing to know: with more than four people in our room, we only had one roll of toilet paper, so we had to call down for more. Not a huge deal, but definitely something housekeeping should keep in mind for larger families. One thing we REALLY appreciated was being able to bring in a soft cooler with drinks. That saved us quite a bit of money during our stay! Overall, everyone we encountered was pretty nice, the resort was clean and there were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. Ok so I read a few of the reviews regarding this place and had my concerns. The person who said it smelled of chemicals, I just have to state duh. I'd rather it smell like chemicals in an indoor water park than nothing and have mold everywhere. We came here for a 3 day 2 night vacation. When we first got here I was a little nervous this was going to be another like crappy hotel with attractions. The indoor was kept very clean. Again, I don't know if people came on off times but every time we walked in the main area it was kept clean and I watched the workers mop and vacuum constantly. The room was kept nice. However, the bed was ok and the pillows were too soft for me. I will say sleeping wasn't the best for me. They did have bunk beds for the kids which was nice. Nothing was luxurious in our room. Restaurants kinda lost a star for this place. Breakfast is definitely not worth 27 dollars. Thank god we bought the 20 dollar pre show tickets. It seemed like the food was fresh but wasn't the best foods. Juice was out of a machine. I'd say it was more like a 4. Dinner, we did at the fireside. Again, very expensive. The nachos were a miss we got last night. Just wasn't worth 20 dollars. They used chicken from their chicken meals. Fresh cut jalapeño corn etc. cheese was ehhh. The chicken wings were good. 20 dollars for 10. Again not great but good. The smokehouse burger was good. Not the best. Little much with the pork at the bottom. The chicken meal was good. That was tasty. But 27 dollars worth ? Ehhh. My wife got a Cobb salad that she said she liked. And I got a cheese burger last night which was good. Not great but good. The ice cream store was good. Worker didn't seem the happiest to be there. The waterslides were cool. I went on the single rider fast one. That thing cut my back up. My daughter used the kiddie slides for the entire time. The area was kept clean. I didn't like the lockers were paid to use. I figured you pay enough for the hotel they kinda should just give you a locker. Now to the other attractions. The arcade is small. There are chances to win tickets. The employee worked the arcade was Ray. Ray was a super star! I won't say what Ray did but it was very sweet for my daughter. Ray has people skills. Alex, who is the manager of attractions was also very nice. He also helped out and hooked it up. Alex was concerned for my families fun well being and he made sure we were taken care of. Susan, who is usually over bowling was over the slides. Susan hooked it up tremendously. She was nice, funny, and very outgoing. Susan shows why she cares about you. She gave us her last pass and didn't even bat an eye. This is why this place got a 5 and not a 4 star review. Great Wolf Lodge South Florida is a big resort with a lot of activities for families, especially for kids. There's plenty to do, including the indoor water park with slides, a wave pool, lazy river, and different areas for children. There's also an outdoor pool, food options, bars, and other activities, so you definitely have a lot of choices to keep the family entertained. Unfortunately, the strong chlorine/chemical odor inside the indoor water park really affected our experience. It was especially noticeable when the wave pool was activated, and at times the smell was so strong that it made it uncomfortable to stay inside and enjoy the water park for a long time. The noise inside the water park was also quite intense. It may have been related to the busy summer season, but for us, the odor was a significant issue because it took away from the enjoyment of what should be one of the main attractions. There are definitely a lot of activities and things to enjoy here, but because of the strong odor and how uncomfortable it made us feel, we're giving it 3 stars read more

I've take my kids to the Great Wolf Lodge in Naples two times. My kids absolutely loved the experience and want to go back. The G.W.L. is a kid's paradise. We all enjoy having fun together on the water slides and ropes course. We also enjoy the mini-golf, mini-bowling, and playing a game of VR. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The rooms are clean. You will occasionally hear a child running down the hall. From an adults perspective, the hotel is a little noisy and chaotic which is to be expected for a hotel that caters to children. I would like to see more healthy food options. Lastly, the hotel is located near a dump. At times during the week, there are large flocks of crows and birds that fly between the dump and the pool deck. I observed that the birds poop all over the pool deck and the staff have to clean the pool deck in the morning before it opens to guests. read more

Wow! Where do I begin? Great Wolf Lodge was such a fun family getaway! We live about two hours away and drove over Sunday morning, stayed one night, and checked out on Monday. It was one of the best family experiences we've had, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Starting with the location, the resort is conveniently situated right off I-75 and is impossible to miss. The property is huge and offers plenty of parking. My only minor complaint is that there is very little shade in the parking lot. Check-in was quick and easy. Kirsten at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She answered all of our questions and made the arrival process seamless. Upon check-in, every guest receives a pair of wolf ears, which is a fun touch and makes everyone feel like part of the "pack." Our toddler was celebrating a birthday a few days later, so we purchased the birthday package, which was under $40 and absolutely worth it. It included two large balloon displays, a birthday poster, a special birthday wolf plush, birthday wolf ears, and a bag filled with toys and treats. One of the coolest perks was the included birthday cup, which could be filled at the candy bar in the gift shop. Our toddler loved leaving with a cup full of gummy bears! The resort's app is also very helpful. It provides a schedule of all the activities happening throughout the day. There are so many kid-friendly events offered in the morning, afternoon, and evening. The lobby itself is incredibly interactive and comes alive at night with story time, dance parties, and other entertainment. It's truly something you have to experience in person. The resort also has dining options on-site, including a full-service restaurant and smaller food spots such as Dunkin'. Of course, the biggest attractions are the Adventure Park and water park. The Adventure Park includes a ropes course, arcade, mini golf, bowling, and more. During our short stay, we spent our time in the arcade and water park. The arcade was a lot of fun and reasonably priced. Everything is loaded onto a prepaid card, making it easy to add money, track credits, and store tickets for prize redemption. The water park was the true standout. It is massive and has something for every age group. There are multiple play areas for younger children, exciting slides for older kids and adults, a lazy river, a wave pool, and a giant tipping bucket that drenches everyone below. And that's just the indoor water park. Outside, there is another large pool with a beach-style entry that gradually gets deeper. There are lounge chairs positioned right in the water, which made for a very relaxing experience. The outdoor area also includes a hot tub, bar, and convenient restroom facilities. One feature I especially appreciated was the wide variety of complimentary life jackets available for children of different ages and sizes. Being able to use them throughout the park was such a great benefit for families. Honestly, this place exceeded our expectations in every way. The Wolf Pass is great for the amount of activities included, the only thing I would suggest is letting guests know they need to check-in with the attendant at the computer stations at each activity. Our spring break stay at Great Wolf Lodge was such a fun and memorable experience especially for my daughter! There are so many activities to keep kids busy. We purchased the Wolf Pass so we could experience everything together, but my daughter ended up running into a friend from school and spent a lot of time playing with her. In hindsight, I probably could've just gotten the pass for her. The indoor water park stays nice and warm, so you don't have to worry about the weather at all. The wave pool, slides, and overall setup were perfect for kids. My daughter especially loved the slides and the ropes course which even included a small zip line. We also tried MagiQuest, which was a fun interactive game with wands and quests throughout the lodge. We didn't spend a ton of time on it, but it was still a cool experience. One thing I'll say for parents with only children considering a trip like this...do it. Your child will make friends. There are kids everywhere, and it's a very social, family-friendly environment. The only downside for me was the food. There are plenty of on-site options, but the quality was inconsistent. The breakfast buffet wasn't great the first day but was much better the second. Same with the food hall...chicken wings were amazing one day and not fresh the next. The restaurant food was also underwhelming (the mashed potatoes tasted instant, which was disappointing). Considering the prices, I expected more consistency and quality. That said, everything else was great. The front carpet was filthy dirty. So dirty that my kids played there for 10 mins and their feet were dark black. I got worried and stepped on the carpet barefoot myself and man it was greasy and disgusting . For them collecting so much money they should do some cleaning. Also we arrived there at 9 and asked if we can check in early and we were told our room is being cleaned and should be ready soon. And we kept waiting and they kept saying that. Even after 4 hours our room wasn't ready. Finally at 345 I went back up again and got upset so they said oh one room is available let me change your room. They could have done that earlier. They don't let you check in early even if rooms are available it seems like which is ridiculous. Never going there again. So bad customer service. Seems like they just don't give a Damn. Also, the staff assigned to play with the kids are very rude with the kids. My kid was there and he kept raising hand, but they would not select him. It was one specific white lady who was running the show. She was taller and little bigger in size, but I don't know her name. I observed my kid in every show, and he was the first one to raise his hand, but the lady kept telling him to get back in the crowd. He would raise his hand and he would walk up a little bit so he can get selected, but she kept telling him to keep going back and did not select him. So rude. My 4yr old was heart broken. read more

Ok... finally giving my thoughts on Great Wolf Lodge Naples. I contracted some sort of virus from this place. And I am finally feeling normal. lol. But.... Would I do it again? Absolutely. The look on my grandkids faces was priceless. So I will suffer with another virus for them. We did a 2 night stay by using a Groupon. Thank you Groupon. It made it affordable which is always a plus. The only reason I gave it a 4 is the overall affordability. It's a very pricey place. You pay for everything outside of what you pay for your room. Thank goodness it includes the waterpark passes. That was primarily why we were there. And we all enjoyed every minute. Outside of the water park we spent a lot of time in the Arcade. It was a lot of fun. There are many things great with the lodge, but like everything some cons. The rooms are spacious and clean. Very big corridors and a microwave in the ice machine room. Beautiful lobby you can just sit and chill and a gift shop that has snacks and beer. Walking towards the indoor water park , you will pass a dunkin' donuts a couple of more gift shops and two restaurants, even a bowling alley (not included with the normal room purchase pass). This resort works on specific levels of passes that you can purchase additionally to the basic pass that you will receive on your wristband upon purchase of the night. Birthday, children were running around with magic wands.That again is not included in the normal package pass, but can be purchased additionally.That are very interactive with certain items.Kind of like an egg hunt around the resort. They keep the indoor water park at a solid 82° all year round, which is great.If you come down in the wintertime , when florida gets a little nippy in the sixties , but since summer time here , it's pretty hot in there , but it's perfect because the water is cool. Complementary towels are given.You just have to scan your wristband and it will be on your tab your room and you must return them before the end of your visit or you will be charged. The outside pool is more of your each style.Walking resort type of pools with very comfy plastic chairs inside the water that you can lay on. There is a little mini obstacle course for kids on the deep end with lifeguards everywhere.There are also lifeguards inside the indoor water park. Thursday tiki bar outside and the outside pool and there is a bar inside with the water park portion. A wave pool, a smaller child play area (where the water bucket is) and then yiu get to the water slides. Water slides are SUUPER fun. Some are solo runs, then you two different 5 person rider slides and then you have a two person raft slide. I would recommend for a fast and furious ride get on the red tube (that line of course is longer going up the stairs). The lazy river is a nice touch after running around and going up and down stairs and running to slides , you can just get on an inner tube and just float around for a bit. The jacuzzi outside is so big, I think like 15-20 people can fit comfy in it. Now on the outside area and also the inside water park area , there are cabanas , I believe for rent or they just come with the additional pass purchase. The bathrooms are very clean.They have family bathrooms, male and female bathrooms.And showers. They even have this little machine that you can put your bathing suits in one at a time.Hold down the lid for 8 seconds.And it basically does a quick spin cycle removing most of the water out of your bathing suit and barely leaves it humid. If you do not come late afternoon for check-in, you will most likely be in the traffic jam that forms in the front.Not only of cars , but then also inside the lobby of people trying to check in. Luckily for us, we came later in the evening, almost the next day and the lobby was empty.But both days that we were there.The lobby anytime from checkout time , which is eleven till about four or five p m , it was full of people trying to check in. They make checkout very easily for you.All you have to do is text a number and text the word "out" and you're checked out. It is a pretty penny for 3 days 2nights, but not unreasonable and they have specials. The coolest part is that after check out, you can stay and enjoy the amenities for the day and then just leave when you're done. They also offer day passes that you can come just for the day and enjoy they were amenities.You will have to pay for parking if you are not staying the night. We spent 3 nights here on a family vacation. We booked a few months in advance so we were seriously looking forward to this trip. I've heard so much about this franchise (specially the GA location) so my interest was definitely piqued when I found out they had a property in Naples as well. Finding the property was fairly easy. I did imagine it would be bigger, but that did not take away from the magic. There is a '15 minute max' unloading area where families can snag a luggage cart if needed and get items on the curb before parking. Once we entered the lobby my son was greeted with wolf ears and our adventure began. He was able to enjoy music and games with the other kids while we waited in line to check in. They also have kiosks inside the lobby for self-check in options. Within about 20 minutes of our arrival they were announcing a dance party that was about to take place so my son was ecstatic. After dropping our bags off in our room we quickly headed back downstairs to check out the arcade and scope out the other fun extras you can add to enhance your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the ropes course and zip lining. I cannot thank the wonderful staff enough for their kindness and courteous demeanors throughout our entire stay. We did not encounter a single employee who brushed us off or did not exceed our expectations for service. Food on property is ok. I did not eat anything that wow'd me but most restaurants offered some decent options a la carte and buffet style. I did not partake in any alcohol on property but there are bars serving cocktails and beer. They are very accommodating with allowing outside food and drinks so with proper planning you can really cut costs here if nowhere else during your stay. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was consistent. It wasn't a hassle getting enough rags and towels like some places. The lobby offers daily read alongs, dance parties and game events to keep the kids engaged even when they aren't frolicking around the waterpark. There was a mini golf course, a play gym, an adventure quest game, VR games and a 'gold' mining area to name a few add ons. The waterpark includes various slides, a lazy river, a wave pool and other play areas for smaller kids. I love that they have an abundance of life jackets in various sizes. Towels are provided and checked out via your room (wristband). Chairs are first some first serve with the option to purchase a cabana for a more intimate experience for your family. Some slides take you outside the facility and bring you back inside which is very cool and my son was so bummed he wasn't tall enough to try them out. He did enjoy the lazy river, the kids area and one of the tube slides a lot so we rode those until he couldn't take the chlorine anymore lol. They have restrooms and a shower area so you don't have to run back through the hotel soaking wet, so make sure to pack a bag to bring with you down from the room. There were a few lighting delays which causes the lazy river to get super crowded. I would not recommend during these times unless you're looking to be stressed out fighting between families. This is the opportune time to take advantage of the indoor activities. They take bed time VERY seriously here which I love. I did not hear any loud noises or hallway commotion after quiet hours. All activities, restaurants and shops also close around this same time making it easier to enforce. Check out was a breeze. 3 stars is about right. You go in expecting a lot more here but never gets passed 3 stars. Make sure you have the wristband they make you wear on your left wrist. Why? So that when you drive in and out of this place it's easy to open the gate. You may ask, why do we need to be in and out - because the food is meh at best and super over priced. You can drive 10 - 15 minutes and be anywhere wayyy better for food. The 3 stars go to the indoor waterpark which is a huge plus during cold days/nights. If your kids are under 8 years old they should get a kick out of this place. Anything older than that, they'll get bored. Unless, all they're about is the indoor waterpark. If you're nearby, within 2 hours, a day pass wouldn't hurt or maybe just a one-nights stay. The rope course is cool for kids and they also have an arcade, mini golf and bowling. read more

Our family of four stayed for two nights during Labor Day weekend. Big mistake--it was extremely crowded. We arrived at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, and both self-check-in and regular check-in lines were long. Aubrey at the front desk was kind and helpful, but our room wasn't ready, so we went straight to the water park, which was standing room only. The lazy river and wave pool were filled shoulder-to-shoulder. Our room matched the online description. A TV in the kids' area and a curtain for privacy would have been nice. No safe meant we had to lock electronics in the car. Housekeeping was friendly and kept the room clean. The water park had poor ventilation and an overwhelming chlorine smell, so we were glad for other amenities. My daughter loved the zip line, and as a family we enjoyed bowling and mini golf. Arriving early the second day made the water park much more enjoyable--we were able to get chairs and ride the slides before the crowds. Restrooms stayed very clean despite heavy use. Food was the biggest letdown. We waited 25 minutes for nearly cold burgers while staff stood around. The pizza was even worse, with little cheese and only six pepperoni slices--our nine-year-old barely touched it. The breakfast buffet (which we prepaid) was the best dining option, with hot food, eggs to order, and decent savings compared to paying at the restaurant. After the pizza experience, we picked up food from Publix nearby. Other chain options are also close. The Ultimate Fun Pass was a highlight, giving us unlimited bowling, mini golf, zip line, and drink refills. Overall, our kids had fun, and we had a chance to relax. However, for the price and crowds, I'm not sure we'd return--especially since we have other vacation options closer to home. read more

Not sure where to start, we were really excited for this Resort and we're so happy when they opened up in Naples, otherwise we would have gone to the location in Georgia. We were all ultimately disappointed and not because the Resort is horrible, but more on the expected experience. The indoor water park is really small, not at all what we expected. The lazy river is a joke!!! .... I mean it's super small and the wave pool is no bigger than my community pool. They had some cool water slides but again we have been to other parks with way better slides. Honestly, we had more fun at the outdoor pool, but that is available in any Hotel/Resort. The Resort is nice and clean as you would expect being that the location was recently opened in Q3 of 2024. Perhaps my kids are too big to enjoy this Resort (16 & 10), I can see younger kids having a better experience, but if you have been to other water parks it may still disappoint. The indoor activities were also meh at best, the interactive wand experience is quite limited, I mean the kids can complete the attraction in a matter of minutes, the arcade is super small, the obstacle course was quite cool and was probably the best attraction in the Resort. The food options are horrible, the Fireside restaurant is way overpriced for what you get, so we opted to venture out to grab food, but the surrounding area is also limited on what's available. The story time is very cool, nice effects but more for younger kids. I heard other Great Wolf Lodge locations are way bigger so unsure why this new location was so small in comparison. If you have older kids like mines, you're better off going to the Rapids in WPB or Volcano Bay/Aquatica/Typhoon Lagoon/Blizzard Beach in Orlando, which is a hundred times better for the same price range (this place is not cheap!!). At the end of the day, we came but we will not visit again, it's a one and done event. Hope others are able to enjoy but once you visit other water parks in Florida (which we have plenty off) it leaves this place undesirable. read more

After going to the one in Charlotte a year ago, we went to the one in Naples since it's only a couple hours away from where we live. The lodge is a great experience for all ages. Our family of four enjoyed our stay. We scored a deal online with it being 40% off if we stayed 2 or more nights booking it 3 months in advance. The room is spacious. We stayed in the Wolf Den suite, which had a bunk bed, queen bed, and a pull out sofa bed. It included a microwave, fridge, TV, plenty of drawers, and counter space. I wished there was a balcony in the room since it would have helped to dry our wet bathing suits quicker. The water park is included for each guest that is staying there and it includes a lazy river, few water slides, wave pool, a couple of swimming pools, and a splash playground area. There is an option to get the pass, which is an additional cost and it includes most of the activities. It has an arcade, Build a Bear, bowling, mini golf, and other things for fun. There is an app that you can order food from while you were at most of the restaurants on site. It was a nice feature in case you don't want to leave the lodge and eat it in your room or at tables that are nearby for seating. It tends to be pricey though for the extra convenience. read more

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip, and my experience was pretty mixed. On the positive side, check-in was excellent--the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and even got me checked in about three hours early, which was a huge plus. The property overall is very clean, and the common areas are clearly well maintained. While the room itself was clean, it definitely felt a bit worn and could use some TLC. There were noticeable spots on the walls where dining room chairs had clearly banged into them, with missing paint that made the room feel a little tired rather than polished. Dining was another mixed bag. The restaurant hours are pretty strange--the main dining area is only open from 5-9 pm. Outside of that window, your only option is a small area in the back. The pizza was surprisingly good, but the burgers are pre-cooked and simply reheated after you order. You get a text when it's ready, but there's no such thing as a fresh-made burger here. Also, despite being there for three days, I never once saw the Dunkin' Donuts open, which was disappointing. This hotel is very clearly geared toward families with kids. There were constant shows, activities, and events happening in the main lobby, which looked like a lot of fun--for children. As an adult traveling alone for business, it wasn't really my vibe, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again. That said, if you're traveling with kids, I think this place would be a blast and well worth considering. read more

I was scammed out $455. And they can not tell me what exactly I was charged for that equals $740. I was also charged for not returning towels when I absolutely returned all the towels. I will be telling anyone I come across to not go to this establishment. Very ridiculous I can't speak to someone in Naples Fl let alone the US and they can't answer my questions of why I have a pending $455 charge. However they did refund me the towel charge. Timbers Table and Kitchen EMPLOYEES ARE SCAMMING 20,000K A WEEK +++ FROM FAMILIES Went 1 night with my fiance and 3 kids. Cost us $800. We dined at "Timbers table & Kitchen", which is a buffet. You serve yourself the food, and your own drinks, and the bussers come around and take your plates. They added an included gratuity on the bill when they just sat us and cleared 4 plates during the duration of our dining experience. For 3 kids and 2 adults the total was $146. At the bottom of the receipt, it states that, "parties of 6 or more will include an added gratuity". We were a party of 5. Three of which were kids that ate 1 plate each. I approached the customer service desk upon checkout, and explained the situation to the manager on duty. She said she couldn't do anything about it because it has to do with the food and beverage department but she "made a copy" of the receipt and they would reach out to reverse the gratuity. 1 week goes by and the charge is still reflected on my account. I called and got hung up on after being on hold for 27 minutes. I called again the following day, spoke to someone and they said they created a claim. Someone from the claim department reached out, and attached a "copy of my charges from my stay" which coincidentally did not include the charge for TIMBERS TABLE AND KITCHEN. They tried to accuse me of making an additional purchase that I "forgot about" stating that there was no dining charge on my stay. Not sure what happened if it was deleted on the back end but the charge was still reflected on my account. This SCREAMS FRAUD. I replied with my copy of the invoice which looked exactly the same only it included the charge from TIMBERS TABLE AND KITCHEN. She responded 3 days later stating that they are investigating this and to allow them some time. It has now been 3 weeks. For them to refund me $23. IF YOU FIGURE 1,000 FAMILIES DINE THERE A WEEK, AND THEY ADD GRATUITY TO EVERY SINGLE CHECK REGARDLESS OF PARTY SIZE, YOURE LOOKING AT 15K +++WEEKLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

One of the newest places to open is the Great Wolf Lodge in Naples. The Lodge is an indoor waterpark featuring a lazy river, tubing, a wave pool, a kid's area, and several slides. In addition, there are cabanas, a small shop, and a food concession stand. A sizable outdoor pool with cabanas is also available. Every water area always has lifeguards on duty. In addition, there are indoor non-water activities like bowling, an arcade, zip lines, ropes, and climbing nets. These activities come with extra expenses. There is a food court, ice cream area, Dunkin Donuts, The Fireside restaurant, and a retail store with a Build a Bear. The Grand Lobby offers free kid-friendly activities every day. Although the Lodge offers very clean and well-maintained themed rooms, you will need to carry your own bags up and down as there is no service for that. I purchased two day passes to the water park on **July 17, 2026**, for my grandson and me to celebrate my grandchild's birthday with my son and his family, who also stayed overnight at the resort. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing from the moment we arrived. The staff throughout the resort came across as unfriendly, unhelpful, and very matter-of-fact. Customer service was lacking, especially when I had issues with my wristband and trying to use a gift card we had received. Rather than feeling welcomed or valued as a guest, I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by asking for assistance. The children's entertainment was also underwhelming. The live show appeared unorganized, unrehearsed, and lacked the enthusiasm and energy you'd expect at a family resort. It simply didn't create the magical experience that Great Wolf Lodge advertises. This was actually my **second visit**, and I had hoped my experience would be better this time. Unfortunately, it wasn't. Between the poor customer service and the disappointing entertainment, I don't feel the experience justified the cost. Sadly, I won't be returning and cannot recommend the Naples location based on my experiences. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously and focuses on improving both customer service and the overall guest experience. read more

Dropped in for the day... and met up with my sis and her family for my nephews bday. Place is busy .. was surprised to see how many ppl there were. They have multiple experiences going on in different areas, so you can go fpr one or get a paclege to experiences mpre than one. Its def a family.. esp child geared resort. My sister stayed for 2 days so they got a room. The kids really enjoyed the water park and I even found a couple of slides that I liked. One issue id mention was the bar inside was very slow and the one outside was having technical issues so they weren't servicing anyone which maid the inside bar even slower. I'd say the major critique i have for the water park... while I def understand with the sheer number of people they need to keep the water highly chlorinated.. but the smell was so strong in the air.. that it was actually irritating my eyes before I even went in the water.. it was so strong I had to go to the outside area for breaks of fresh air. So if u are sensitive to strong chemical smells you should keep that in mind. I think getting better ventilation for that enclosed space would really go a long way in bettering the experience. read more

The painting was cool. They have a show each evening and the painting doubles as a video screen. Great story about a white wolf who was discriminated against by the other wolves. A bit of a switch related to the world we actually live in. The resort was nice. The food was decent. Plenty of activities for kids of all ages. We stayed two nights. One night was sufficient for a Gpa like me. Very expensive. read more

Great hotel, Waterpark in Naples. Been open for a year and finally went. Beautiful place with lots to do. There is a mini golf course inside under the adventure park which has zip lines and rope course. The indoor Waterpark is awesome, smell of chlorine is noticeable, but what can you do. There is also an outdoor pool and spas and bar. The indoor bar is nice with lots of local beers on tap in the restaurant. The atmosphere is very cabiny. I do wish the rooms opened up to the indoor part with an atrium like some hotels. Prices are high, but reasonable enough to go. Fun place. Will go again. read more

We have visited a couple Great Wolf Lodges and were very excited for one to open a bit closer to home. We visited for one night for my daughters birthday. We had 2 adults and 5 children and booked one of the family suites. Driving up, we noticed this was much smaller than other properties, which aside from the suite and outdoor pool, you didn't notice as much inside. We arrived around 11am to use the water park, knowing our room shouldn't be ready until around 4pm. The lobby was packed, we joined the long line to check in, after a few minutes an employee told us that we could check in at the kiosk instead. We went over, and checked in, our wristbands printed from the kiosk where we were able to select who could make charges from the kiosk and who could use it to open the room. In the past, we got our wolf ears from the check in, but the kiosk didn't mention anything. It took bit to find an employee (aside from the four at the counter, very busy helping other guests) to ask about it. We were told to go into the store. We went in and grabbed ears for our party and headed out to the water park. While smaller than other GWLs we have visited, this one has much much more to do, everything at an extra cost. Previously we had purchased additional passes, we did not this time, so I can not comment on the ropes course, mini golf, or bowling, except that they are very small, very crowded, and all kids doing them looked like they were having fun. We got in line to head to the indoor water area, kids got their heights checked and got their slide wrist bands, for the kids that needed them, and we headed in to change. The bathroom/showers in the pool area are huge and were kept very clean. Our older kids went off to ride slides over and over again, and my husband and I kept the younger one going between the three areas that were easy for smaller kids. It was easy to find each other, while it is crowded inside, there is a lot to do, so it never felt like you were waiting too long. The kids are used to places like Aquatica where you are waiting an hour for the slide you want, so they were happy to wait the 10-15 minutes for this slides. I grabbed a drink at the outdoor bar, charging to the room was quick and easy. The outdoor pool is pretty hotel standard, there were no slides outside, unlike other properties. It was a much calmer, more relaxing environment. Huge contrast to the excitement of the indoor water area. We have a pool at home, so we probably only spent a half hour of the trip at the outdoor pool. It is nice if you want to actually swim, rather than play in water inside. There were a few lounge chairs in the water on a shelf that were very nice. Around 2 we got a text that our room was ready early, and included our room number. By about 3, I rounded everyone up and we grabbed our stuff from the car and went to find the room. We had paid for the top (of 3, relatively affordable, but still pricy) birthday package that included a cake, a dining credit to use during our stay, but the main reason was decorations to surpise my daughter. As we walked to the room she saw the huge door banner and her eyes got wide, she was so excited. But no, that was the room across the hall, ours was empty. We went inside and no balloons, I left the husband and kids and went to get in line at the desk to ask. I waited about a half hour, the employees at the desk were hustling, there are only 3-4 it changed a couple times, and as far as I could tell the only way to ask questions about anything at the resort is at the desk or through the ap. I wanted to know then if we were in the wrong room, so I wanted inline. While in line I did chat through the app, but it seems to be a real person answering, so answers were on a delay. At the front, she said that we just had to wait for the birthday stuff someone would bring it. Ok. I went back to the room, kids started getting ready for dinner. About 45 minutes later two employees came and handed me the door banner and my daughter her card and balloons and said happy birthday. We decorated. It was all fine, but I would have much rather waited until the room was ready for the surprise than get into the room early and it feel like it fell flat. We ate in the tree top buffet for dinner. Everything was delicious, our server was wonderful, and it was pretty to eat under the "trees" our little one loved watching the screens in the trees to see how they changed. We have a couple allergies, and a couple picky eaters and everyone was able to find lots of options at the buffet. I don't know if it changes but we had an Italian leaning meal with orzo salads, chicken parmigiana, salmon picante, cannolis, soups, salad, and some stand bys at a kids resort like chicken nuggets and Mac and cheese. It's an indoor waterpark attached to a hotel. That's a WIN. Supposedly the air and water in the waterpark is heated to 84 degrees. I wish the water was a little warmer. Hotel is new and clean. My daughter and I decided to take a quick trip to check out the new Great Wolf Lodge in Naples. We absolutely loved it. Is it pricey - yes. But if you end up purchasing a wolf pass or some variation of an attraction pass, to me it's well worth it and you will find plenty of things to do. Now, my daughter is 8 years old and her height put her in the threshold where she could do most attractions on her own. If you have smaller children then you might struggle with them not being able to do all of the attractions. The water park was really fun, but I can see myself getting bored with it after two days. However we are Florida natives and have our own pool so for someone who doesn't swim a lot you might not get bored of it! Some other attractions they have are: mini golf, adventure trail, bowling, a magiquest, an arcade and one of those ropes courses up on top. We will definitely come back. Was informational and honestly it was so evident how much she enjoys her job . The concept of this place is phenomenal. Absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel is relatively new with only 5 months since opening and definitely needs some work in the sense of training employees and getting things in order but besides that the staff were all helpful when assistance was needed and the hotel itself was beautiful. The entire family of all ages enjoyed all the activities including the water park. Stayed 3 nights and didn't have the need to leave the hotel at all. There was enough entertainment for the kids and food was pretty decent for it being a hotel with so many people. Had a great time and would definitely love to return. read more

Not enough employees to keep common eating area near pizza pickup area clean and organized. 3. Buffet area much better organized and appealing to the eye. 4. Obvious lack of supervision and management presence. 5. Front desk check-in area once again, looks unprofessional and unwelcoming. 6. Probably "one and done" here, too many other places to go and spend same money for better quality, order, and feel-good experience. 7. Very clean and obviously brand new, but just don't feel that Disney-like magic. 8. Correct these flaws, and maybe you'll get better reviews. 9.
