Floors (tile, wood, carpet), carpet inside and out of cabinets (special req I'm guessing for inside the cabinets), I don't know because he was happy to accommodate any of my requests. I performed a few searches for a cleaning service in South Jersey and decided on Krystal Clear. Nikki and her team were extremely thorough, in a house that quite frankly was probably overwhelming thanks to our negligence. Windows, vents, carpeting, and counters are now sparkling like they haven't been in years. They were very kind and accommodating. After 7-8 hours, our house has been invigorated. Never returned my messages, just completely ignored the fact that my ring came up missing after his company came to clean my house. I do know Oksana is an owner as well. I tried to reaching out to her as well and she avoided talking to me! This isn't the first time I had a complaint and they ignored me. I guess they just want the money to roll in and don't give 2 craps about their customers!
