Brad, and EAHI, get top marks for quality, expertise, and thoroughness (He spent a full workday + inspecting our house). His report was comprehensive, precise, easily understandable, as well as easily transferable to/for our post inspection negotiations. We gained, in closing costs alone, much more than we paid for the inspection. Furthermore, and while i will never be foolish enough to verify this statement, i am certain we saved exponentially more than we would have in choosing another inspector.
