They deserve ZERO stars for not paying the notary they hired to do the closing ! Terra hired me on May 6 th to do a closing for her on May 7 th. She said that she would mail me a check ( we are both in Texas) I have emailed twice and called several time . No one answers the phone. I have YET to see a check. read more

I would prefer to give no stars-- but 1 was the lowest I could go. My husband and I went in to see if we could get approved. We parted with $1000 dollars in earnest money. Then our salesperson does a disappearing act. When I reached out to go a different route, she said she was leaving the company because they weren't doing people right. We completed the paperwork back in October for a refund, I waited the 15 business days I was told to wait and nothing ever happened. We have reached out countless times at this point always being told the manager Terra is unavailable and will call us back-- left voicemails, sent texts, and numerous phone calls. All to no avail. Very frustrated that we will probably never get our money back. Would not recommend at all. She is definitely not doing people right. read more
