Someone usually answers the phone. They sound very nice. That's about all the recommendation I can give. Once you tell them that you're not moving right away they won't do much for you. They don't return phone calls, they don't return emails, so good luck with them if you're not ready to move, like now. We were ready to move on something anytime that what we needed came available but they just ghosted us since we were too flexible in our timeline. We would have purchased or rented now and moved in later even but the rental section of the company did not do a thing. read more

Coastline Properties is a LOCALLY owned real estate business that in my opinion is solely concerned with generating revenue over the interests of both buyer and seller. When representing me as the seller my agent used dated "comp's" which were substantially lower than asking price in order to flip the house faster in a "sellers market" and during my experience it was clear my agent was networking with the buyer's agents during the entire selling process in order to expedite the sale over my best interests. It has been communicated to me by a number of individuals who had been in the market to purchase homes who felt their Coastline agents were deliberately pressuring them to focus on pushing homes which tended to be in a higher price range. So as a result of my experience I would highly recommend a nationally recognized Real Estate firm that protects its overall reputation throughout the US ensuring their agents conduct business with integrity and professionalism while keeping their customers interests at heart instead of a locally owned business more concerned with how fast they can generate sales at all costs even at the customers expense.
