However, the issue was never properly resolved long-term. A later employee I dealt with did not take the matter seriously and dismissed my concerns, stating she deals with many people every day, which came across as though my issue was not a priority. Despite my account showing a $0 balance, I continue to receive calls from debt collectors on a regular basis. I have also submitted disputes twice, but the charges continue to be validated by the property.
