Tosh was completely unaware of what was going on in the Roseburg market considering he's a real estate agent in Eugene. He tried to force me to get repairs done that weren't needed to the property to the cost of $15,000. He also said the repairs would not cost more than $2500 and when I got my final bill, they were 5000. Tosh also forced me into paying buyers fees, which is practically unheard of. I felt steamrolled, rushed and not given an opportunity nor a consideration to give what I wanted in my house sale. With all the real estate agents in the Eugene area, please choose another one. They will be 100 times better than Tosh and the Willamette property group. If I could give zero stars, I would.
