For me, this is a rarity, and a big deal. I am such a clean freak, I always clean, and disinfect the chairs, and tables I sit at when I'm at any airport. Thank you Houston for setting the bar high. I love seeing the kids kiosks, and play area. Having this for the kids (and parents) is such a smart idea. I'm sure the parents who have layovers, and delays appreciate it. I would have appreciated it when my kids were young. Thank you to all the staff we've encountered in different areas of the airport. They have all been pleasant, and helpful. Which is another rarity to find. Probably that southern charm. I want to personally thank Officer Vo at the Global Entry desk. Signature flight had the ground transport ready and waiting when their plane arrived. I also needed to drop off an item that needed to fly home with them. Dropped it off at their front desk and they placed it in the transport vehicle for me. No chance of it being misplaced or forgotten. I was impressed by their receptiveness to our needs.

I must rent from Thrifty. Please refund my prepaid rental Car 2 for $59.76. She handed me back my drivers license and kept my credit card, called out in a radio and then I just stood there .. for 20m and I finally asked "are you waiting for someone to return a car to give it to me?" .. and "yes" was the only response I got. No expectation of a time frame, nothing. At the 40m mark I heard the person on the radio say they had some cars, but not what I had booked. I didn't care, I just wanted to leave!!! So I took a different model and they said they would bring it up to the building, so outside in the 100 degree heat to wait... And wait... And went back in after 15m too find out that they'd parked it and didn't tell us!!!! The line of people behind us at the counter just kept getting bigger and bigger. How does an airport car rental NOT have any cars!?!
