During my session, my masseuse left the room six times to assist people who walked in through the front door. In addition, another employee knocked on my door three times to speak with my masseuse during the massage, which was very disruptive. The session also ended about 10 minutes early. Have met the owner here several times, have been to this facility several times, i came today for a…read moremassage on the way home from work and there were beds and a tv in one of the last rooms, door open- 2 beds that i could see - 1 woman in the bed sitting like it was her bedroom and the other bed was undone like it was slept in. i walked out of the bathroom to go back to my room for a massage (the bathroom was also dirty) and asked the masseuse if people were sleeping in there or lived there she said "no" but i saw another person at the front desk that was not previously there - neither one of them cared about the unprofessionalism or the poor experience i had today. the masseuse said nothing to me and the person at the desk look like she just woke up from a nap and didn't say a word giving me a blank rude look as i was leaving. DO NOT come here: there are far more nicer, cleaner more professional facilities in this area. as a woman this made me beyond uncomfortable today. i will never be back and will tell everyone i know not to come here and recommend 2 other spas i frequent.

I have had a membership here for over two years, and I was about to cancel because I could not find a person that does a good job, I have pretty high standards. Three of my pet peeves are: -jolting motions versus smooth, transitioning strokes -Loud shoes (squeaky) or hard stepping throughout the entire Massage....this should not be allowed as it takes away from the experience. It stresses me out. -Talking and keep checking in asking me how it's going. I like silence, since this is supposed to be a silent and relaxing experience. Connie displayed none of these pet peeves, and I barely heard her moving throughout the entire process. I was sad when it was over! But I will be back! My search is over! She is the ONE!
