Reading the 1 star reviews for the Eaton Law Firm I see that he randomly would charge his clients $1750 for unexplained charges....that is literally what Sydney did to me. She refused to provide any bills, and she would send random, out of context emails demanding an immediate $1750. I wish I had done my research on her before trusting her with the most valuable people in my life. Please, do your research on her, on her Houston team, and her prior experience. I believe Sydney and Kaitlin just wanted to see how long they could string me along for money without doing any work. He has cost me time off my life and wasted money by not simply writing a les pendens notice to be filed; instead he sent a settlement notice which I denied as they were placed on notice he closed my contract as something he could not override or as a client tell me about. I did the discovery work myself and WOW the rats had a nest; these people are real estate investors as most real estate attorneys are. Protect your innocence and do the discovery yourself and hire a Legal Parlance/ Plaintiffs Lawyer for court. I will prevail...
