Instead of attacking the massage community and trying all the different ones, I decided to retreat to this place. Barbi's 2nd fave massage parlour in the city and probably the one she's visited the most. Nothing but good things to say about them on all but one visit, when her neck was a bit hurt for a few days after. This is a massive Plaza located at Chimney Rock and Westheimer in the Galleria area which has all kinds of restaurants and good stuff and plenty of parking spaces, which is excellent. Massage Heaven came to my rescues, cause i was having pain in my neck. Like really bad pain for a couple of weeks. I really don't know what took me so long to go and see Miss Coco. She was really nice and talked with me and told me the pain is not from the neck its from pressure points. Cause i was wondering why she never even rubbed my neck. She was deep in my mussels in my leg and armpit. It was different but when i left her i would move my neck more. The other thing i really love is the hours they have. I work late so to find a place that stays open late and is a nice and clean place sometimes can be hard. read more

Worst professional massage experience I've had! The masseuse seemed to not know what she was doing. She seemed to have a poor understanding of anatomy. The masseuse burped loudly three times. The masseuse kept calling me baby, which was off putting. I requested no massage on my feet, which she ignored and didn't seem to notice my feet kicking involuntarily. The masseuse told me I "had to tip" and followed me to the counter and waited there until I gave her a tip of some sort. The masseuse pulled my briefs to get access to my glutes and upper thighs and left me with a wedgie for the last 20 minutes. I was shorted on time. I paid $80 for a 60 minute massage, and I received closer to 45 minutes than 60. The massage was so bad I didn't want to argue to get the full time I paid for. read more

My husband and I went in for a couple massage on a short notice. For the price there wasn't anything special that would make you want to go back. The lady that massaged my husband didn't even go deep into his muscles and he said it just felt like he just got rubbed down with oil. 10 minutes into the massage his massage lady had farted really loudly. (I wish I was joking) My lady wasn't bad, but she wasn't spectacular either. The best part of the massage was her cracking my back while walking on it. I never typically leave reviews but my experience here was sooo horrible I downloaded Yelp just to leave one. First the lady complained about my tip that i gave here PRIOR to even getting the massage. Then she talked constantly through out the massage, called me handsome while massaging me then asked me if I wanted a hand job (which i declined)!!!!!! Then after all that she again complained about the tip and told me i need to stop on my way out to change the tip, let her manager know i wanna give her more tip. I initially ordered 60 min of combination massage but then extended it to 90 min. It was great! Combination massage included some massage with hot stones, Thai techniques, deep tissue, some range of motion, combined with Swedish massage elements. You have to go see Bella. I saw her this week and she took all of my stress and muscle pain away. I do a lot of body building and running and I always have problems with muscle soreness. She knows hoe to hit the right spots and is real good with deep tissue. She knows how to put the right pressure and is not too rough. She is very polite and always ask how you feel. This is the first review I have ever written on yelp and that's how strongly I feel about this place. I called ahead to schedule and I asked for a Thai massage. Pretty standard language I assumed as this would be my first Thai massage ever. When I got there, I was informed that a Thai massage wasn't actually available, but a combination with some Thai thrown in. I thought cool. I'm here anyway. The massage was ok. Pretty standard, but it was done before the 60 minutes (i checked my watch) and then I was bullied into tipping quite a substantial amount which is NOT ok!! When I spoke to the front desk, he blamed me for not saying 'traditional' Thai massage and that he couldn't do much about the tipping, but would at least inform the boss. We went for a couples massage and it was pretty average. Nothing spectacular that makes me want to revisit. After the massage was over, the two ladies came back into the room and asked us for a tip. I had injured my back over a month ago and the day I came in I was in a lot of pain. I have been to so many different massage places all over town and never considered going back a second time. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with such kindness and warmth and right away taken to the room. This is a Thai massage so there are no traditional tables but a bed. I went to get a massage this week from a woman named Bella. Wow, the best massage I have had in a long time! She is beautiful to begin with but she gave me a great sports massage. I had a lot of stiffness in my thighs, lower back and shoulders. She asked me how deep to massage, she was sensitive to when the massage was too intense. She was quiet and let me relax. The massage was soothing at times, deep and intense when I needed it. I highly recommend Bella to anyone. Overcharged for terrible massage. I came here for Thai massage as they claim they provide Thai massage. The person who gave me massage has no idea what is Thai massage even she is Thai. She cut off my time and she was not happy with $20 tip. I had to pay $80 up front before went to the room. I ended up spent $100 for crappy massage. When I was leaving, I wanted to address that issue with the guy who charged me when I first came in but he was nowhere to be found. I come here July 19th to get massage after seeing while going next door to Houston Shoe Hospital to get my boots worked on. I walked in front the store and looked inside and then opened the door. There was a handsome guy at the front desk he was very nice I wanted to take him home with me we talked for a little and he told me about the service so I decide to stay and get a massage. He gave me a form to fill out basic info then he called the therapist and said the therapist will be with you in a minute. After about a minute the therapist came out and and said hi please follow me to the room so I followed her to the room and she showed me the restroom and ask if I need the restroom before started the therapy so after that I went to the room and she gave me some bottled water and mints and told me to take my time to get ready I got ready and she came back in the room and started the therapy. She start with hot towels on the feet and then went around to the neck and shoulders and worked her way down my back and arms. The way that she went from one muscle to another I know that she is at the top of her game spending the right amount of time on each spot and moved on to the legs. After working through all the muscles on body legs and feet she done some stretching for me it was just right. When she was finished she said were finish take your time to get ready and she waited outside the room. I got dressed and when I came out the room she showed me back to the front desk I gave my credit card to the guy at the front desk and he was very nice and gave me a discount only charged me $60 for one hour and said thank you have a nice day. I was driving by Massage Heaven at the corner of Chimney Rock and Westheimer Rd. I decided to stop in and get a massage. I told the front desk that this is my first time here so they gave me $10 off. There was a beautiful Asian massage therapist that came out and brought me to the room. She suggested that I use restroom and take shower before the therapy, so I did take a quick shower and went back to the room and she came back to the room asked if the temperature was ok it was a little on the cool side so she adjusted the temperature for me. She came back and started the therapy her pressure was great she knew exactly where the muscle tension was bothering me without me telling her. Midway in the therapy she pulled out some hot stones and worked them in my muscles perfectly and after the hot stones she massaged my scalp and done some yoga stretches on my legs. When we were finished and I looked up at the clock the therapy went 15 minutes over. I got 15 minutes free. This is the best massage I have ever received! My therapist was awesome! read more

I seen Massage Heaven on the website and I called in to inquire about what they offer and the guy that answered briefly described they have Thai and Swedish Massage so I went ahead an booked an appointment for a 1 hour Massage therapy. When I got there I was given a form to fill out just asking what kind of massage, length of time, any allergies or medical problems so I filled it out and turned it into the front desk. The guy at the desk said thank you you're therapist will be with you soon. After about 1 minute the therapist came out and greeted me with a smile and her hands together and bowed while saying something in a different language. She lead me to the massage room and showed me the restroom and shower right across and gave me bottled water and mints. She left and gave me a few minutes to get ready. It seemed like the ambiance was excellent. She came back and started the therapy. She was a smaller therapist so I didn't know if she was strong enough, but it turns out that she plenty strong and knows how to use leverage. She worked my back and my legs and about half way through I fell asleep. When she started stretching me I woke back up. It felt great. When she finished finished she said thank you take your time to get up and waited outside the room after I got dressed and walked out my therapist lead me back to the front desk she smiled and said thank you have a nice day put her hands together and bowed saying something in another language and walked away. The front desk collected my payment and said have a nice day. This was the best massage ever. I need this more often. read more
