They got the work done quick for what i felt was a reasonable price, around $1400. In the beginning of July 2024 I experienced the same leak again. Hoping Anvil would stand by their work i contacted them again. I walked down the roof with their representative and was informed I was getting too much water in this area and the leak would keep happening. The Rep said he had never seen this before, which i find hard to believe as i live in a huge neighborhood of cookie cutter homes and every fifth home is almost exactly the same design as mine. The rep came up with a solution and provided an estimate. This time the work was even more money than the first repair with zero indication for any warranty relief or responsibility for the first repair. Extremely disappointed and felt I needed to share my experience so others can proceed carefully when selecting a roofing company.

Turns out the entire roof over the bathroom was uneven and improperly installed and needs to be replaced. Of course, the original roofer is AWOL and according to the seller, there's no warranty on the previous shoddy work. Despite this unique situation, Frank handled communicating with me (current homeowner) and the seller of the house who would be paying for the repair with incredible professionalism. Frank emailed detailed estimates promptly, answered my calls and texts at all hours of the day -- and sometimes night. When it came to do the work, he and one other worker did the work in half a day! Frank even sent me pictures of each step of the roofing progress so I know what's underneath those new shingles! They tracked down the specialty shingles to match the original roof exactly.
