The two others shook their heads and said the roof looked fine. One pointed out a repair that needed to be done but both said a new roof wasn't necessary. The solar folks put me in touch with Siobhan and SLM, and she came out right away to check things out. Over the course of the next few weeks, she and her team helped me work through dealings with the insurance and solar company. I had to do hardly anything, and it was great. I could never have done this repair on my own. They were very honest and up front. I wanted upgraded shingles and did not press them on me. Even helped me balance the cost for value. I felt good about investing in upgrades that I wanted, not those that are pushed by some companies. Tyler and his team came out and replaced the whole roof - a BIG roof - in one day. At first, I thought it wasn't possible. But the team was huge. And skilled. The new roof looks great. It's much better than the original. And much better quality.
