Warning: This will be long-winded, so bear with me please…read more My daughter attended this daycare shortly before turning 1 year old. She was enrolled for, at most, about a month. When we first toured the facility, it appeared clean, welcoming, and centered around the children. The staff painted a great picture of a caring environment, which is ultimately why we chose this daycare -- along with the fact that parents were given access to the classroom cameras. During the course of my daughter's enrollment, my wife and I repeatedly observed concerning behavior from staff through those classroom cameras, which ultimately led us to immediately pull her from their care. My daughter would frequently headbang and cry for extended periods of time. While this was happening, we repeatedly watched teachers walk past her without intervening, redirecting, comforting, or checking on her in any meaningful way. At the time, we were unaware that she had neurological issues, but she has since been diagnosed with seizures. Looking back now makes the situation even more upsetting, knowing that obvious signs of distress and self-injurious behavior were ignored instead of treated with concern and care. During her time there, she was often left sitting alone in the corner of the room with little to no teacher interaction for most of the day. When the headbanging first began, we provided the daycare with a protective helmet to help prevent injury. They used the helmet once. When we raised concerns with the facility, we were told, "Well, we can't hold her all day." We completely understand that teachers cannot hold one child constantly. However, they absolutely do have the responsibility to appropriately supervise children and keep them safe -- especially when a child is actively harming themselves. The final incident that led us to remove our daughter from this daycare occurred when my wife picked her up one afternoon and discovered she had a black eye, along with bruising extending from both temples toward her nose from repeated headbanging while staff failed to intervene. My wife immediately documented her injuries after pickup. What made the situation even worse was that when we returned to collect the remainder of our daughter's belongings, staff handed us an arts-and-crafts project that included a printed photo of our daughter visibly sobbing and bruised during the activity. Instead of contacting us about obvious injuries or providing comfort and care, they proceeded with the activity as if nothing was wrong. I normally do not leave reviews, but I hope sharing this experience helps another parent who is searching for a daycare that is genuinely caring, attentive, and vigilant with their children. We have found a very caring and children centered daycare that supervises the kids accordingly.

The kids are fed a variety of foods for their meals. The cleanliness is on a whole new level of excellence. We were fortunate enough to get our second son a spot just a few months after he was born. The daycare has lots of holiday events and parties for the kids. Truly an excellent exceptional experience. Daycare at this level is a great relief and the value for what you get is outstanding
