I reached out by text to let the owner know and to give them an opportunity to come back and address the issue, but I have not received a response. I understand that things can happen during a service, and I would have been happy to work with them to resolve it. What has been disappointing is being ignored after bringing the concern to their attention. The actual pressure washing was good, but customer service and follow-up are also important. I hope the company will improve communication with customers when an issue is reported.
