I found Houwzer on a online ad and decided to attend on of their first time homebuyers seminar. The seminar was very informative. Pamela Debnam was my agent and she was amazing!!! As a first time homebuyer she was able to guide me through the process and her knowledge was unmatched. Anytime I had a question about anything big or small she was able to answer it. We looked at atleast 8 houses and put in offers and they would get beat out by other offers but Pamela remained hopefull that I would find something I loved. After 4 months I finally found it!!! Houwzer's full-time salaried agent model will be the only way to buy a home in the future. The only reason it hasn't already changed is because the top 5% of realtors keep it that way, while the rest struggle to survive. It just makes no sense to have agents push their client to buy a more expensive house so they can get a bigger commission. My agent, Brett Stephenson, was very patient as I took awhile to find the perfect home/investment in a historically low inventory market because he didn't need commission to pay his bills. Yet he worked hard to find me the perfect fit as Houwzer's technology and team of admins allowed him to focus my needs, making it a seamless experience. It was also nice that he only specializes in helping people buy houses not sell them too. I will definitely be buying my next houses with Houwzer and tell everyone I know about their services. When I eventually sell a home, there's no doubt I will sell with them and save half the cost! I really enjoyed working with Houwzer. From the moment we signed up to hire Houwzer, we were given a dashboard that listed all of the steps to be completed in the very intricate parts of selling a home. Houwzer has specialists in these different areas that work with you to make sure you have your answers taken care of in a timely manner. If I had a question, I would ask my agent and she would forward that question to the individual who handled that area. Communication was never a negative experience! I cannot say enough about the dashboard though; that visual of the finish line was really amazing.
