I might have been down for the count but am certain that the acupuncture helped prevent it. Although the goal is overall wellness this is a major commitment both lifestyle and diet not to mention the cost. Current x-rays show I still have arthritis and it is still mild. I thought I was in for knee replacements and my Orthopedist recommended Physical Therapy.
