The man at the front desk was incredibly polite and showed me around the entire gym, which is much larger than I expected. :D Because this gym is attached to a physical therapy unit, there are physicians who will even give you a complimentary once-over if you think you injured yourself somehow. Great assortment of machines and weights (there's even the more random gym assets like giant tires and climbing ropes :D), and the lockers/showers are super clean. SO GLAD THIS PLACE EXISTS

Gym is clean that's about the only thing good about the gym. The ownership doesn't care about…read moremaintaining any of the equipment. Dumbbells are loose, benches are loose, the squat press is so loose it feels like it could collapse on you. The select drive equipment hasn't seen lithium grease in who knows how long. Pins are missing for the cable cross over. Most of the staff fails to put out signs when they mop the floors leaving the locker room floor slippery.

Jim teaches Power Foundations on Tues & Thurs. This is the class to attend if you're new to yoga, or if, like me, you've been to yoga but don't fully understand the postures. He really breaks the postures down, gives great cues, and teaches the names of each posture. It's slower than the regular class but still challenging.
