I was referred to this law firm for a domestic relations case with my ex after my previous attorney…read moreretired. I met originally with Tucker Katz for an hour and went over the issues with my case. I chose Tucker because I needed an attorney that wouldn't be retiring soon so I could have one long term. I discussed the amount of conflict between my ex and I and expressed that I needed help navigating through that conflict and I made him aware that I chose him because of his ability to be my attorney long term. As a single mother with very little extra funds, I paid the initial retainer of $3000. This was a lot of money, but looking long term, I felt it was necessary. Tucker ``represented" me for two years. I put that word in quotes because during those two years, there were no court appearances, no mediation, only one 15min phone conference with a judge. I spent a total of $6900 during those two years for a minimal amount of work. Tucker then chose to withdraw from my case and gave me a reason of my ex and I having conflict. After he agreed to discuss this decision, he never did and withdrew without any discussion. I emailed asking why nothing was set up to discuss this and he then responded stating that he wouldn't change him mind and came up with a completely different reason to withdraw. He then charged me to write up his withdrawal and the filing fee. I have since heard that this is a pattern of his. I don't know if this is how all the attorneys in this office practice, but it seems like a big scam to me. I typically don't write reviews but I want to warn anyone else out there who may be fooled by him. He'll just take your money and withdraw, leaving you to start all over. DO NOT HIRE HIM!

I'd recommend this attorney to anyone who is struggling with a disability insurance claim. And…read morelet's be honest, that's anyone that is applying for disability from an insurance company. Were it not for the efforts of Patricia and her team, I would just be out of luck. I suffer from a progressive muscle disease that has over the course of 33 years put me in a position where I can no longer walk without a high chance of falling over and breaking something. I definitely couldn't get up on my own even if nothing was broken. Handicap stalls are useless to me unless I have someone to pick me up from the toilet. Even if I was always using a wheelchair, my upper body strength in some cases is insufficient to fight even gravity. My company was unable to accommodate my condition, and as such I was terminated after a year on leave. My company's disability insurance carrier was unclear about the exact nature of the information they required for a long term disability claim, and so they ended up denying my claim. It wasn't until I consulted with Patricia that I learned exactly what was needed. With her guidance, the necessary evidence was gathered and confirmed by medical experts. She crafted a few well supported letters to the insurer, a couple videos of my physical state, and the denial was reversed. Overall a good experience. Patricia and her staff are friendly and professional. They've been dealing with insurers for years. Their experience is the difference between being approved or denied, even if you think you're a shoo-in for receiving benefits.

My TDIU claim was initially denied because of some major factual errors the VA made regarding my work history. I felt defeated, but hiring the Law Office of Sean Kendall changed everything. Megan Kondrachuk and Gabby Paradine took over and immediately went to work. Megan spotted the errors the VA rater made and built a case that was impossible to ignore. In fact, her preparation was so solid that the VA actually cancelled our hearing and granted the claim on the spot! Not only am I now 100% P&T, but Megan secured an effective date going back to early 2023, which resulted in a life-changing $79,000+ in back pay. If you're a veteran who feels like the system isn't listening to you, call Megan and Gabby. They are no-nonsense, highly intelligent, and they get results. He actually was their attorney. He is full of lies and was fired when my mother had enough of him. I could share emails and letters. I kept them. She got a new lawyer who actually did the work and he won the Agent Orange case for her. Once Sean Kendall found out, he badgered the other lawyer and that guy paid him just to shut him up. He wasn't entitled to it and we proved that he was fired for quite some time. He got a tiny bit of the overall winnings. We went back for more and won more which he didn't and won't get any of. This dude only wants the money and if he doesn't think he's gonna get any, he will not deal with you or he'll sit on your case in hopes he can collect. Gross!!!!

There was continuous change in attorneys, I was charged for the review of my case each time. There was little to no communication. I never knew what was happening with my case.failure to assert proper claims and asserted incorrect claims, they did not protect my interest in the case. They continually invoiced me for who knows what.I have made several request for for Baker to communicate with the opposing side, they did not . My case probably would have been settled already. That was a red flag for me but my husband thought we should consider them. Then my first phone call with Robert regarding some questions also ended with "give me a review on google". I thought to myself a competent lawyer doesn't desperately need reviews from brand new clients. Despite that huge red flags we moved forward and along the way they didnt return calls for days, it appeared as if they dont write notes or keep track of important data, we had to repeat ourselves countless times and be charged every time we have to repeat ourselves. Mediation was an absolute disaster so much the opposing counsel noted what an incompetent team we had. Robert was late, unprepared, didn't know the facts for our case although we manage to get plenty charges for them reviewing our case. It did not appear so! Mediation had to be rescheduled. WORST OF ALL.. THEY NEGLECT THEIR WORK! THEY CHARGE FOR WORK THEY DO NOT DO!! IF WE WOULD NOT HAVE HIRED BETTER ATTORNEYS WE WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN ABOUT DOCUMENTS THEY FAILED TO REAPOND TOO AND MISSED DEADLINES!! BUT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR IT!
