I saw a photo on line of the arrangement I chose ahead of time, but figured for $80, it should be a decent size. I was completely wrong. The arrangement was not much bigger than a mug style arrangement you could get at a grocery store and really not any nicer. I was very disappointed in the cost and let the store employees know. An employee there told me that the cost of everything has tripled and the vase I requested was $35 by itself. I found the same exact vase on Teleflora for $18. And the same EXACT arrangement with roses (there were no roses in my arrangement) for $50.99. I could have had the arrangement delivered for $30 less than what I paid at the store and picked up myself. On top of that, I said it was for a birthday at least twice. But she asked if I needed a card, and i said I would at least like that to be included, she gave me a Valentine's card. I should have looked before I left the store, but I am still very disappointed. I will not use this florist again.

When I picked the up the vase, I got an armful of cold water as the vase had been overfilled and I was given no warning. The spillage continued in my truck all over the console as I wasnt given a small box to carry the attangenment in as I have been at virtually every other shop Ive made a similar purchase at. I paid $90 out the door and it should have been closer to $60 given the small size of the arrangement and only two (2) lilies among all the other cheaper filler flowers. Two thumbs down.

Since I live in Portland, OR, and my friend lives in Greenville, I decided to call a florist in her zip code rather than use a company that coordinates. I wanted to make sure the arrangement was an appropriate size and by calling the florist directly, I was able to ask questions and even tailor the arrangement. In this case, they added some yellow gerbera daisies to add contrast to the predominantly orange arrangement. The vase itself was modern rustic, not glass, which was another preference. All the arrangements come in Standard, Deluxe and Premium so you can select the size and price that works for you. I went with Deluxe. The woman who answered the phone was so helpful and patient, answering all of my questions. I placed the order online and called back to make sure they received my instructions about adding a splash of yellow and she confirmed my order. Flowers were delivered the next day and my friend said they were gorgous! Hello! More importantly, they brightened up her day and let her know that even though we are on opposite coasts, that she's in my thoughts and I'm here for her. Highly recommend.

Expressions Unlimited delivered a very small pot with 4 small succulents in it. Within 3 days of receipt, my friend stated the leaves on ALL FOUR succulents fell off and the plants appeared dead. My friend went up to the shop to ask about this, and they accused her of "water logging" the plants since the container (that THEY SENT the plants in) is not appropriate for drainage for that type of plant. First of all, they chose this container, not us. Second of all, there is no way the plants would develop root rot and die within 3 days, the plants must've been overwatered before receipt. Third of all, they refused to replace the plants or issue any refund, even partial. I am horribly disappointed and would not recommend this business to anyone looking for customer service or healthy plants/flowers.
