Great work. They have tinted windows for us in numerous vehicles. Never any issues or complaints.

I've hired Howard's 3 times since moving to TN and they have treated me good every time. Today I had window tint done on my C5 corvette and it looked awesome.. When I went to retrieve my car I noticed a scuff mark on the passenger side front I'd never seen before and it was definitely recent.. I went back into the shop and said Fellas we have a problem.. They let me look at the camera footage and sure enough, I had the Scuff on the car before dropping it off. They were very patient with me while we waited to pull up the correct time.. I've only driven the car a hand full of times since I got it and I'm glad to leave Howard's knowing they went above and beyond to make me feel better about their business.. Some Ahole out there hit my car in the last week and just left the scene..It was not at Howard's..Thank you Howard's for the excellent job you did and for being patient with me as I was definitely upset.. read more

I heard about this establishment through a few people and heard positive things about. Came in one afternoon and was greeted quickly. Called a few days later and made appointments for both of our vehicles. Owner was very helpful and answered all of my questions the first day so all was taken care of the day of our appointment. Dropped off our cars in the morning and received a call a short time later that they were ready. Even gave my husband and I a multi car discount for our 2 new cars. Highly recommend. This place is legit trash. To be honest. They specialize in TINT but can't tint tail lights. I came here to have my tail lights tinted. A service that they supposedly provide. Waited over an hour to have my Camaro tail lights tinted, only to find that their "professional" job was actually a shitty amateur job. The tint had huge bubbles and cuts and slits all throughout. And then they tried to over charge me for their shitty job. Fast forward: Their way of attempting to fix the problem was to offer to SPRAY PAINT my tail lights black, because they don't possess the skills required to TINT them... at this TINT shop.... So they basically expected me to trust them to do PERMANENT spray paint on my tail lights, when they couldn't even do a good job at tinting them (which they specialize in...). Why would I trust you to permanently alter my lights? If I wanted them PAINTED, I wouldn't have come to a tint place. So I decided to get a refund. Came for my refund, and the ONLY PERSON (like wtf) who can complete a refund is gone. Mind you, this place is located in hick town Atoka, outside of the city. Not a place that you'd want to continue to travel to, for shit service or a refund. Now I'm waiting in my car for the one trained person to come to give me a cash refund. Cause apparently that takes skills that no one else inside has. Don't come here. Amateur services. I could have gotten a better job done in someone's garage for $50. read more

I recently purchased a new truck at a local dealership who sent me here to have the receiver hitch installed. I showed up at noon for my 1:00 appt. Two guys were sitting in the office doing nothing and they told me to come back at 1:00. If you've ever installed a hitch you know it's literally just a few bolts and you're done. We'll I left and came back at 1:00 only now those guys are eating lunch. And it was clear they didn't wanna be bothered now either as one guy got my keys and the other guy shut the office door in my face. So I walk outside around to the shop door to see what hitch was being installed on MY truck. Another guy walks out of the office and tells me he's shutting the bay door cause "the air is getting out". It's literally 68-degrees right now! He didn't show me to a waiting area, he didn't say excuse me or say step inside, nothing. I literally had two doors shut in my face with in minutes. Not a single person has said "how are you today? Is there anything else we can help you with?" Nothing. It's obvious they don't care whether I'm here or not. I was gonna get prices on several other things but I won't now. I'll definitely go somewhere else. read more
