After he finished my car he stated that if I knew anyone else needing work done to have them give him a call and I let him know I already had planned on bringing him my boyfriend's car. my daughters birthday was the end of last month and I offered to get her windows done on her new car and spoke highly about his work so she agreed. So I reached out to get a price but after 2 days without a response I went back on yelp and requested a quote through there. Finally he responded with a quote but it was way higher than it should have been, $100 more than what he charged me to do my car and my daughter's car has half the windows of mine. Jacking up the price to make it unappealing isn't the way to do business, I honestly believe it's because I'm white and it made him uncomfortable. That's his chip to carry, I had 3 jobs lined up to send him but gonna start looking for someone else.

After they gave me the initial quote, I was bounced around between different people within the firm, and none of them ever got in touch with me no matter how many emails and voicemails I left. I switched to another company and had my signs done and installed within two weeks. Overall, I got a very "too cool for school" vibe from them; like they are too big to bother with smalltime clients like myself. If you're a major corporation with a few hundred thousand dollars to spend, they might give you the time of day. But if you're a small business just starting out like myself, go to a smaller firm and get treated like you matter.
