Vickie and team are top notch. They give you good info up front and stand behind their work. Very happy with my experiences there.

Update (2 Months Later):…read more I'm updating my original review because, unfortunately, nothing has improved. It has now been two months since my original review and seven months since my truck was left in Reliance Chevrolet's care. Despite being told multiple times by Charles Kozel and their diesel mechanic, Kevin, that they were going to begin putting my truck back together and get it back into working order, it still has not happened. Every time we ask for an update, there seems to be a new excuse as to why no progress has been made. The promises continue, but the work does not. When we stopped by the dealership last week to check on the status ourselves, we were shocked to find our truck being treated as a workbench rather than a customer's vehicle awaiting repair. There were shop tools and miscellaneous items piled on the tailgate, and a shop blower was sitting directly on top of my engine. After seven months of waiting, seeing my vehicle used this way was incredibly disappointing and only reinforced my concerns about how it has been cared for. At this point, I intend to request that the final bill be reduced to reflect the excessive amount of time my truck has spent occupying a service bay while waiting simply to be reassembled. Seven months, multiple conversations, repeated assurances, and countless requests later, I am still without my truck. I genuinely hope this review encourages meaningful changes in communication, accountability, and customer care so that others do not have a similar experience.
