The most unprofessional CPA I have ever dealt with in the four decades I have been filing my taxes. I gave Tracy my taxes nine days ago. I spent one hour in his office in our first meeting. He wrote some notes but did not begin filing my taxes. I made two phone calls asking for an eta. Receptionist couldn't give me an answer and I asked for a call back from Tracy. The call never came. I spoke again to the receptionist today. In spite of it being nine days since leaving my taxes, no news and "Tracy is busy with a client". Picked up my entire file. There are a lot of folks who have gone to school to be a CPA. Never use this business. You are not valued as a customer. The arrogance, laziness and apathy are appalling.
