I'm super pleased with Michael who answered my call and the gentleman who came to help with my key fob. I had lost my key with no spare I ordered it online and I was made aware that there was a chance it might not program and I was aware that I would still have to pay AND I was also told that since my car is a Toyota and if I were to find my spare I would have to get it reprogrammed again cause Toyotas reset. Extremely fast response. Got there within a timely manner, I believe within 35/40 minutes. Even received a phone call. Even told me price for opening door, $110. That's the only Krikee part!! The worst business I've had the misfortune of being robbed by. The short: 1: performed services not requested and failed to perform the ones that were 2: Left my vehicle vulnerable to damage and theft over a week for a "one day job" 3: Misrepresented the services that were performed. Watch out for this one. My son was stranded with my keys locked in the car (his mistake). We called a few companies and had Discount come out, from literally right down the street and the whole process took 15 mins or so. Joshua, the technician, to tell my son it's 170.00. What! He, of course balked and so the guy got back on the line, called someone, while walking away so no one could hear. Then he came back and said 70.00, so my son paid it with his money, which is fine, but then you rip him off? After calling the office sometime after the service. They said the price should have been 50.00. Well, thanks for that wonderful info. The price sounds more realistic, too bad we didn't get it. We called 3 different companies and got a price of 45.00 on all 3. Just went wrong beginning to end. Jayson rekeyed four locks and adjusted a door so that it would stay closed. He made me the keys I requested. There was a problem trying to rekey a stuck storm door lock but Jayson took a photo and description and said he would research the problem. Do not use this Locksmith. Justin came out to rekey a lost key for my car. It was a chip key. Gave my husband instructions to try to use. Said he couldnt wait around to reprogram key. Key doesn't work and Justin won't answer or return calls. My husband called owner pretty much said sorry about your luck. Took our 135.00 and left me with a key that doesn't work!! read more

When we lost our key at the beach, Justin from Discount Locksmith came right over. Initially we thought everything went well. We told him we were from out of town and had spare keys at home. We were surprised to realize after he left that he had changed the computer in our truck so none of the other keys we had worked. Called to ask him to come back, he made us wait another hour while he finished his lunch then charged $90 (on top of the $180 he had already charged), to return the computer to its original settings- which took less than a minute. He was incredibly arrogant and condescending. Find a locksmith with more ethical business practices and higher standards in the people they employ. read more
