I told her I guess I would still make an appointment as I thought I needed it (as did my doctor) and she said - well if you are having a hard time hearing just go to a hearing aid store. Really? What the actual hell? I am in my mid-forties with no past hearing loss dealing with pain and she was a cold hearted. Wouldn't even let me book an appointment! With a referral! Unprofessional. Uncaring. Rude. Terrible. Actually didn't write this for over a week because I thought, maybe I just got rubbed the wrong way - but after called several ENTs I can say without a doubt this was the most unprofessional, rude group who doesn't care about people's hearing. After Erika ordered an MRI for me, they wanted to charge me a copay to come in and have Erika review my MRI results with me. When I asked if they could bill me for the copay, they were unwilling to work with me and essentially held my MRI results hostage. I have since switched to an ENT who is an actual MD, NOT a Nurse Practitioner. And guess what? She didn't charge me for an office visit to review my MRI results with me.

No dentist on the Front Range comes close to his bedside manner and expertise. I'm one of those unlucky people that had 4 permanent bicuspids removed back in the 80s, in preparation for braces. I had no idea how much that screws up your jaw health, neck health, back health, sleep health, etc. until I saw Dr. Beck. He delivered the horrible news that, at age 45, my jaw was collapsed backward from all the extractions and basically grinding against itself! I have chronic, severe arthritis in both jaw joints. I was sad and terrified, but Dr. Beck also gave me hope that there were ways we could improve my comfort without surgery. My first appliance has made a big difference in cracking, popping and pain in just a few weeks, and we're going to move to another appliance that could decompress my jaw joint even more. I have hope that I'll continue to improve, and more importantly, that I'll still be able to chew when I'm 80! So thankful for Dr. Beck, Jeanette and Tristan. They really care about your health.

He said the issue was all in her head because she suffered from anxiety and depression. One appointment with Dr. Cichon and he knew exactly what the issue was. Now I see Dr. Cichon, too. He is a very calm, soft spoken man but he knows his stuff and treats his patients with dignity and respect. The office is well-run and pleasant. Seats for different sizes and Kleenex and hand sanitizer are available. There is a bathroom just outside the office as well. The wait time can be a bit frustrating. Typically they ask you to show up 15 minutes early. They don't call your name until 5-10 minutes after your appointment time, and then you can wait in the procedure room another 20 minutes before being seen. So don't plan on this being a quick in and out appointment. It's a great team to go to for ear, nose, and throat issues. Just bring a good book or something with you.
