He did not like act like a salesman. He listened to what I wanted. Inspected the area, carefully. Measured precisely, and gave me a bid. He made one suggestion. The cost was not prohibitive. Since I trusted him, I agreed with it. I have to admit when the was finished was the icing on the cake. It made it perfect. So well worth it. The weather hampered work, which is common for the spring. It was a big job because of the amount of dirt that had to be brought in. When they came out and got to it, they got it done. It was a lot of work. It looks fantastic. He provided me with an exact watering schedule and has been very responsive if I had any questions. They did everything asked of them and more. Their work force is fantastic and all of them were so pleasant to have in the house. They cleaned up every day and made sure that we were satisfied. The master bath needed to have the door to the WC changed which entailed moving two walls and replacing the door. The big awkward and precarious soaking tub was removed and a new sleek tub installed. Our shower was dark with glass bricks and is now beautiful with large tile and lots of glass. My granddaughter came to visit and asked to shower in our new bathroom. I asked her how she liked it; and she proclaimed it beautiful and luxurious! Exactly what I was going for! I highly recommend DFI.
