I reached out to Robert Merlin and explained to him that I never been in an accident before. Then I proceeded to inform him of what occurred. He proceeded to accuse me of being at fault without reviewing the police report/ crash report. While he verbally attached me, he asked me how I knew that I wasn't at fault. I proceeded to inform him that I had the green light and a green arrow. Indicating that I had the right way. He then stated that I did not answer his question and proceeded to yell and accuse me of being at fault. I paused and informed him that I did not like his tone and I reached out to hire him as my attorney. He not once took into consideration that this is a difficult and stressful time. I was transported to the hospital at the scene of the accident, and I am currently dealing with the after math. I DO NOT recommend anyone to him!

What he really meant is "I am not stopping this litigation until I have half of your assets". 2 years and a bankruptcy later (Bob contested my bankruptcy, which dragged my case on another year), I can honestly say that the worst decision I have ever made was to hire Bob Merlin. He liened all of my properties, including one that I shared with my father. Because he wouldn't release the lien, my dad was forced to short sale our property. Incompetent. Greedy. Pathological liar.
