He then goes on to warn my potential CLIENTS of my supposedly bad business practices based on how I handled his unwanted unsolicited call. Please beware if he calls you DO NOT HANG UP. You will end up with a terrible review on your business page. I work hard to provide my clients with excellent service and it's a shame I will have a blemish due to this thin skin business owner. Update: You say you have a big heart. Does that refer to the fact that you lie on your review and say I have bad customer service? You know very well you are not a customer so you would know nothing of my customer service. Your a unsolicited cold caller not a CUSTOMER. You are not a the lowest guy your a well to do business owner. I'm not a rude person I just don't have the time to spend on spam calls when I'm trying to provide A+ customer service specially that day on a hot roof trying to work. My Dell computer died and I took it to Golden Hills IT for repair. Unfortunately, it was not…read morefixable, they would have to replace it with a HP Omnidesk. When I got the HP home and plugged in the keyboard, monitor, Ethernet, sound system, external drive and projector, the computer was surprisingly inoperable. Couldn't even get into the BIOS. I had Golden Hills test the HP again. It worked fine. To their credit, Golden Hills offered to replace or refund. But they had put so much effort into the HP, I wasn't ready to give up on it easily. Golden Hills gave me the clue to solving the mystery. Their test setup is different than mine. One cable at a time, I powered down, unplugged the cable and powered up until the computer came on. My conclusion is that the HP's BIOS gets stuck if there is a Displayport to VGA cable plugged in at power on. Plug the cable in later and there's no problem. Anyway, Golden Hills was terrific throughout the troubleshooting. I recommend they stop selling HP computers!
