So I go, and the guy comes to the register and I tell him that I want a hat embroidered and it's for tomorrow. He then says the are over 400 teams in the AV, so there's a wait. I was polite and said ok that's fine, thank you. But the way he said it, was in a rude way. Before calling and going I read the comments, and decided to give it a try. I didn't feel welcome.
