They are careful about donor safety and always explain what they are doing. The place is very clean and comfortable. The staff are all personable and appreciative. They respect my time and make sure there is little to no wait time. Techs are well trained and have hit a vein on the first jab 3 of 3 times so far! Scheduling is easy and can be done online or onphone . It's a good thing to give blood. It's even better when the experience leaves you with the desire to return and donate again. There is great need for blood donors in our community. Please consider helping out.

They are so nice from start to finish. I get so nervous giving blood and tend to pass out, which is quite embarrassing. But the staff here never makes me feel bad, they are very supportive and calming. If they aren't overly busy they will spend the whole time talking to you and making toy laugh so you're distracted. 3. I love their snack and drink selection for after you Give blood 4. I tend to go when they're giving away something and I love my growing collection of Hoxworth stuff! I will be going here again soon for their St. Patrick's day blood drive. Save a life! If you haven't tried it, I encourage you to give it try. The staff is very nice, gentle, and they know what they are doing!! After your donation you get to raid then refrigerator for juice and the snack basket for treats!! How awesome is that!! Additionally at the table there are a few activity sheets for those of us who love puzzles!! Yippee. Oh, moms. Did I mention it's an hour away from the kids and hubby and it's free. LOL. I was so impressed with how caring, patient, and informative they were. They gave me precise guidelines of how to best care for him, as well as warning signs of things to look out for. They also gave me specific instructions of when to call them back if he got worse. As a fairly new mom, this made me feel so much better navigating my son being sick. I also see a doctor as my primary care physician. I have received great care all around.

It is easy to access in Clifton being at a major intersection with a traffic light and by the back streets. I had to come here on numerous occasions for blood work on the sixth floor in 2018 and again recently. The parking is free and I never have to drive around and around to find a spot. My only petty complaint is walking in the cold from my car to the elevator lobby. The associates are friendly and professional. After checking in I only have to wait 5 minutes or less to get the blood work done. It has only taken one try to get the blood sample and the technique has been as quick and painless as can be expected. The results are are usually available in 2 days and can be viewed on my online account. Just off of the lobby is a pharmacy that can be used to pick up your medications making it a one stop visit for you. I go to my own outside pharmacy and have not tried the one here. This is also where the endocrinologist doctor's office is l go to is located. I should have left at that point. On top of that, they pushed for blood work that I didn't want and the phlebotomist had basically zero personality. If you have any kind of anxiety over your blood being drawn, she offers zero comfort. The last straw, the bloodwork ended up costing over $200 and the basic office visit was over the amount allowed for an office visit by my insurance (which has never happened elsewhere). No thanks.

Planned parenthood used the same numbing cream but charged my insurance like most providers do. She couldn't give me a straight answer on why that specific clinic doesn't cover such a basic thing in IUD insertion and when I pushed on why she hung up on me. I called back and another person answered and calmly (the last caller was starting to get snippy before she hung up) explained what the last chick did that it's "out of their hands". So I would recommend finding a better clinic that is more fair with their clients. Tried to get me scheduled for 3 appointments without even checking my insurance and if it was accepted there. They seem sketchy and even left me a snippy voicemail because I left an honest review after I canceled my appointment. Sorry not sorry.
