Party time was professional, came and set up the tent and delivered everything two days prior to the event so we had time to organize and decorate!! They did an amazing job communicating, were on time for pick up and drop off, and answered any questions or concerns we had! Upon set up we realized our sweetheart table was a little smaller than we anticipated, both Lori and Brad were quick to remediate. In September of 2019 we put a $100 deposit on a bouncy castle to be delivered October 5th for our…read moredaughters' birthday party. It was not able to be delivered due to weather conditions which was completely understandable. The owner was very great at communicating with us about this all throughout the week before the party and then said she would refund our deposit to the card used to secure it. A couple weeks passed and we had not seen the return so we reached out to her and she said she could not refund it to the card but rather would send a check, we agreed and a couple weeks later we still had not received a check. Her story this time was that she had since figured out how to refund us via our card so she was going to do that. I obliged although I was certainly getting frustrated. When that didn't show up on our card in a week and a half we reached out yet again and she said she thought it went through but it must not have so she would send a check. We did not get a check that time either and had to reach out again, December 26th we did actually receive a check in the mail for our $100 deposit however on December 31st the check was returned due to insufficient funds. Not only was I out the original $100 again, my bank also charged me a $20 fee for depositing the bad check. I called her on January 9th when I received the notification about the returned check and conveyed my frustration. She responded with a text the following day stating that she was going to be putting cash in the mail for the original amount plus the fee I incurred. It is now January 21st and I have still not received a dime. Very very poor business model to lie to customers and refuse to return their money. 10/10 will NEVER use this service again and will be seeking legal recourse.

I called him at that point, and he said yes I have it on my desk. They were stuck in my spam. Once we connected via phone, he stated he would circle back with the details. He circle back and said we would not be able to accommodate your wedding event. This puts us in a bind, we've lost a couple of weeks, but that falls on deaf ears with Lefties. Beware!

Then blamed me on failure and charged me for repairs without authorization. Terrible customer service for attempting to rent old equipment that was raged up with second hand switches and such. Customer service was not good.

I've used this place several times over the last couple of years: augers, tillers, trailers, paint…read moresprayers, etc. They are always super friendly and work their butts off to make sure they've got what you need if they don't have it, they try and get it. They've taken the time to give me a rundown on any equipment I'm a little unfamiliar with. And their prices are unbeatable commercially. I needed to rent a trailer for a week and another very well known moving style company wanted about $270 but GTVR was a little less than $180. These guys are great and I would send anyone to them.
