In the last few years I have paid for half a dozen custom framing jobs done for items in my home... and each and every one of them has come out beautifully... I have added examples in the pictures. The most recent one was a canvas wall painting of a bird I found online which I needed framed. Once again, it was beautifully framed and just made the work of art, pop. I have to give all the credit to one person in particular in this department by the name of Anna. She has amazing taste. I bring the items over to her and have a very vague/general idea of what I want. She makes it happen by giving me options, ideas and know how to make it work. I am thankful she works there because her good taste has helped beautify my home. In the most recent order of the bird, I made an order at the Michael's store and she wasn't there. When she came into work, she looked at the order and called me to tell me it wouldn't work. Seems I ordered a frame which wouldn't have held the canvas correctly. She said it wouldn't come out right. She asked me to go back to the store and helped me pick out a frame that could effective hold it and in a more beautiful design. If anyone at Micheals is reading these reviews... she deserves a huge raise! Great store and if you want custom framing... check this place out!

I ordered 3 prints from them, I had a buyer and I needed fine quality. When they arrived I was not…read moresatisfied about the quality at all, but foremost I had to reprint them locally since I had to re-sell them. I emailed Prints Giclee Shop and explained to them that I did not like the quality, and I had to print them locally and I asked for a refund. They didn't agree on the refund and said it was the quality of my files. Fine, I send the H-res images, the told me to mail them to Italy (I thought to use them as a gift for a friend since they are not ok to sell). However, I really did not need those prints anymore. They never gave me an estimate on that(sending them to Italy) and took the initiative to send 3 prints to my address in the US and THAT WAS IT. The worse part of this story is that we are a non-profit and sell prints for CHARITY to support children and adults victims of violence, so besides not having a lot of money we all work for free. It's really sad what they did, and it says a lot about the company.
