CHRISTmas Lights in the Acres - Ever changing flowing light show set to Christmas music

You have to reserve date and time on their app : Christmasin the acres, $10 per vehicle which includes a parking spot and free hot chocolate. Service: every volunteer/personnel we encountered were kind and hospitable. From parking to the serving of hot chocolate they were nice and attentive. Aesthetic: the light show was IMPRESSIVE. This is what has made its rounds on social media. There is another section called the North Pole that is made up of Christmas inflatables/decor. That section was pretty cool and drew my toddler in. There was also timed snow and bubble "shows". However, the placement/locations of these machines need to be thought through. People would crowd around and in front of the machines and would congest the main area to walk through to get to and from the entrances of the food, hot chocolate and inflatable section. Having personnel do crowd management would be really helpful and lessen the congestion. Cleanliness: the porter potties were disgusting. The church does not have indoor use of the their bathrooms so they have porter potties which is fine but it was disgustingly. And while porter potties tend to have a rep of being filthy I had just never seen them be this bad. There was no toilet paper urine everywhere and no personnel to clean up or at least do crowd control in this section. Efficiency: reservation through their app is GENIUS! it limits the amount of people and insures your "spot" . Overall, it was a nice family outing and the community enjoys it.

It is by reservation only and to make reservations, you have to download the app and book it on there. When we went, it was $10 per car load and parking was plentiful and organized. It is a walk through experience not a drive through experience. They did a great job with the lights and decor. There was a foam machine to replicate fake snow. There was a section with Christmas inflatibles. There was a hot chocolate stand. They had the music and the lights go in sync with each other. My toddler was amazed and in awe, so were we. If my family and I didn't move away, we would visit this place yearly and make it a tradition!

We have had both very positive and very negative experiences with Plant Professionals, so I hope to…read moreprovide a balanced, honest review. Unfortunately, it ended on a sour note. We spent over $30,000 with this company in less than 6 months and they dropped our residential service saying they were doubling down on commercial clients, with less than one week's notice before their next lawn maintenance appointment. This left us to scramble to set up new service with Pink and Green who stepped up in pinch. FYI - Our lawn care service included biweekly mowing and landscape maintenance, plus fertilizing and it was $325 per month. Pink and Green is charging $50-$100 less per month for similar services and they did not see what we were paying Plant Professionals. Their monthly varies because they mow more frequently in the summer months (every 10 days versus every 14 in the winter). Brittany was awesome from a landscape design perspective. She also owned issues with a positive attitude, was easy to reach, responsive, and often worked weekends during the design phase to keep things moving. Lawn care was excellent. Rodney and his team are punctual, hard-working and know what they are doing. They were not on top of pruning or tree trimming and plants were overgrown, but they were great. The office folks were great, too. Payment was easy and they were responsive when we needed them. Tommy was hired at the beginning of our project to help Plant Professionals expand into the irrigation business. He said day 1 that they took pride in not outsourcing. Well, Tommy was very dishonest about everything. He told his company he was showing up and he wasn't doing so. I have Ring cameras and worked from home. He didn't show when he said he did and he didn't stay as long as he told his employer. One day he said he was here 4 hours. He was here for an hour. He told them the new sprinkler system was complete and it wasn't functional. There were PVC pipes and pieces in the yard, and the sprinklers were not turning on. The rust pump was faulty two or three times. In the end, they had to call a subcontractor called Kameleon to fix the work. Needless to say, we still don't have a rain sensor and our sprinkler heads are not tuned. They spray water all over the walkways and the sides of the house. We had to hire someone to add a rain sensor and tune the system. In short, we experienced highs and lows with this company. I don't like the way they decided to cut ties with us. Although we are a residential customer, we spent a large amount of money, paid better than agreed, and were communicative and responsive despite being busy and traveling for work. Mixed feelings and I wish them the best.

I hired Plant Professionals last October to landscape my front yard with expectations that in a few…read moremonths they would come back and landscape my back yard. 50% of the plants they used/suggested for my front died. Several of the plants were not appropriate for full sun all day long which is what I have in the front. I called several times for them to come to replace. All I was told was they are in shock from transplanting from the original growth area and to keep watering. They never came to look. Well their suggestions didn't work. They finally did come back and replaced the dead orchids with a small ground cover. Then I called for them to come and give me a price on the back yard. I waited 3 months, kept calling but they never showed up. I feel that the job was not large enough for them to be bothered. I found a local landscaper who did an excellent job in the back and side yard and of course I ended up spending double what originally thought I would but I am totally thrilled with what this second landscaper did. He knew exactly what the problems were with the front aned told me that the plants used by Plant Professionals were not appropriate for all day sun. I would never recommend Plant Professionals to anyone.
