A table and a chair is my ideal setup, but I've eaten them on benches, sidewalks, curbs, fields, parks, rooftops, etc. By any means necessary. Where there is a will, there is a way. I always scout for seating locations before reviewing, and this Continental Towers Continuum business park was perfect. It is right down the street from this Meijer, and it was a weekend so no one was around. Beautiful landscaping here too... this landscaping team needs a raise. If I worked my 9-5 out here, I'd be in this Meijer all the time buying snacks and lunches. The tissi was mid, but a solid ingredient chicken to put in a chicken salad, quesadilla, or general meal prep. Ingredient chickens have a special place in my heart. I was told I needed approval for my chairs. I e-mailed and texted 2 of them several times. Never got an answer. Finally moved it in when they weren't looking, nobody ever noticed. We hosted a free educational event there. The board rooms were part of my membership. We were compliant with all the rules, we had the exact number of guests allowed, brought all our own equipment, and left it cleaner than we found it. The owner called me aside and said I had an "unauthorized event". I have a confirmation for a reservation. He had one ridiculous thing after another. After I successfully defended myself against each one of his outrages and false accusations, largely from a misinterpreted security video he had been studying, he said we looked through the cabinets. He accused me of touching his wine bottles. What we did was grab some ice (out of a very dirty ice box). He said he "felt robbed," called the cops and cancelled our memberships. I wish I could add the timelapse of the rager I threw! But since I can't picture this...a doctor giving a free informational seminar to patients. He told the cop he was entitled to a $500. For the reservation I made in advance, gave the receptionist all the details of what we would be doing, and is included in my membership.
