I called 2 months ago to cancel service, and the girl said okay. I had her send me an email stating that I cancelled and know there saying I should have called a month earlier. Now I'm supposed to pay for 6 more months and I' dont need them anymore. So unfair I'm talking about there answering service by the way

The room was well suited for the party. As multi-purpose venues go, it's modern, clean, and versatile. Parking was easy enough in the retail spaces surrounding the storefront, which is shared with other businesses in a strip center adjoining a large apartment parking garage. Additional parking is available inside the garage as well. I can't speak to the workspace services offered, but we had a good experience on the venue side.

Afterward, I contacted the owner about a small flower arrangement that had been left behind. I was given times it could be picked up, although the communication felt short and dismissive. When my friend went to retrieve it, she was met with comments like, "All this over that little plant?" and "All this just to waste everyone's time?" What may have seemed like "just a plant" was actually a sentimental gift from a son to his mother. Considering we had just gathered for a Celebration of Life, a little compassion would have gone a long way. Again, the venue itself was nice and worked perfectly for our event. Unfortunately, this particular interaction was disappointing and lacked the level of courtesy and professionalism I would expect from a venue owner.

So, for 36 hours, they were telling our Realtor that they were processing our wire when they didn't even have the funds. We have done dozens of real estate closings both as buyers and sellers over the past decade and this experience with this title company was, in our opinion, easily the worst one we've ever had. I would be hard pressed to envision a scenario where we'd ever use this title company again.
