Every realtor told me the same story of how the market is (sellers market) and what I could expect. The on-line realtor promised a lot more so I started down their path. I shared their bottom line with the other realtors. Only Karen replied and told me flat out that she couldn't beat their deal and suggested I stay with them - very honest and I respected that. My house was reviewed by the on-line buyer's people and an offer was made for the stated amount. However in their contract they took a lot of money off the table for potential repairs. I contacted Honest Karen to see if she could do better, she thought she could, and more importantly she did. The house sold for considerably more than we asked with few concessions to the buyer. I came out way ahead of the on-line realtor's deal. What I like about Karen is her honesty, her straight forward way of doing business, and her results.

They then determined that the other individual needed to pay a new deposit after he moved in and they mailed me the deposit after the 30-day Texas code and blamed us because we did not fill out paperwork that they never sent. They removed monies for urine-stained carpet but did not identify this via the move-out inspection. I would recommend that you find another apartment complex within Mansfield. Not worth their poor management.

The gate is always broken which resulted in my car getting broke into a few weeks ago. Super strong smell of weed constantly from upstairs neighbors that the apartment won't do anything about. Pool has been closed over 2 weeks and there is never anyone inside of leasing office.
