Very thorough HR training from someone who is clearly passionate about helping others learn, and passionate about Human Resources in general. My co-worker and I signed up for this as an offsite training for us to get a little more knowledge about HR laws and how to have HR conversations. We received an email from Steve, our trainer, the week before the training saying we were the only ones to sign up (which I now think is crazy knowing how great he is) and offering to come to our office as well as volunteering to center his training on topics that we wanted to know more about. Steve came to our office with cookies and fruit, as well as a very personable and approachable demeanor. He answered our questions and listened to our personal and "what if" situations to help us learn the "right" way to handle them. I believe we will be reaching out to Steve again in the future.
