We were able to get a full-body massage for my husband and me without an appointment on a Friday evening, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly, and overall the massage was relaxing and reasonably priced. I'm giving 4 stars because the language barrier caused some confusion at times, although the ladies did their best to communicate with gestures when needed. My husband wasn't bothered by it, so it may just have been more noticeable to me. There were also a couple of moments when the massage felt a bit too strong, with pulls or pushes that felt almost chiropractor-style, especially around the chest and neck. My husband and I stopped in on whim at around 4:00 pm today. Tony, the man at the front desk was pleasant and was able to fit us right in. Wendy was my massage therapist and Lilly worked on my husband. We both agreed that these were the best massages we ever had! Having said that ,yes there are several things that I think would make HR better. 1. Tony might consider a sign in the lobby asking people to keep their voices low as the loud talking is disruptive to those getting a massage. 2. As another reviewer stated it would be nice to have a towel instead of paper to wipe my feet. In the end, it was about the massage and they were fantastic. read more

I'm not actually sure how many stars to give this particular massage place. If I were to rate it purely on the massage itself, I would give five stars and be done with it. Lily is a very skilled massage therapist and very professional. However, there were some things that took away from the experience. I know some of these are common, but they tend to take less away from the massage if you're prepared for them. The worst thing was the upsale. The prices on the signs look amazing (69 bucks for 90min)... but apparently that doesn't include oil. (You don't want a 90min massage without oil or lotion.) I ended up paying 80 for 90min, which while still a great deal is not what is advertised. I know upsales are common, but I want to get more for paying more, not less for paying the advertised price. Another thing is that Lily was apparently being the receptionist as well, and left the room several times to greet walk-in customers. Additionally, she left the door to the room we were in open at least one of the times she stepped out. (She did give me a few extra minutes at the end to make up for it.) I don't want to sound nit-picky, but I also want to list a few other things to be prepared for (or maybe they'll read this and fix these things.) I like to talk to the therapist for a couple minutes before we get started, but for some reason they switched therapists after I introduced myself to the first one. No biggie. I was a walk in and they said there was a ten minute wait, it was closer to 30. Again, this is no big deal. It just would have been nice to know. They used a plain paper-towel to cover the face-hole, which just ended up falling through the hole anyway. The drape was also a little small so we ended up fiddling with it a lot (it's still plenty big to keep you modest). Tl;DR- great massage, but there are some problems on the business side. I'd give 5 stars, but I'm dropping one for the upscale and one because the massage was interrupted several times. Still, I would go back. read more

We had a group of 4 come in with no appointments. Some of us had the combo and some of us had the foot reflexology. They even called 2 employees to come in to accommodate us all at once. This place cancelled my appointment last minute due to "overbooking" issues. Then when they finally got me in, the owner/therapist ,Tony, smelled like cigarettes and bourbon. He didn't listen to my needs and ended up re aggravating my plantar fasciitis. I only stayed for 15 minutes and they still tried to charge me for the 60 minutes I had booked! Never again. read more

I tried this place out partly on behalf of my mom and partly for myself. Tony did a fantastic job. As a sort of test, I didn't mention having fibromyalgia or RA or sjogren's before the massage. No problem! The pressure was steady and appropriate throughout. There was even a hot compress on my back toward the end, which was a really pleasant surprise. As others have mentioned, the establishment was very clean. There was neutral background music at a subtle volume. Despite being located in a shopping plaza, I hardly noticed any noise from nearby Speedway. I feel more relaxed and in less pain now. I'll definitely be coming back. Probably the single best massage I've ever had. I was planning on the 60 minute $35 special but was having some neck issues and got talked into the $60 60 minute full body deep tissue with Alina and I was not disappointed. It was worth every penny!!!! I left feeling completely renewed. My neck was perfect. At least for a while but that's me...seriously if you struggle with chronic pain and are my for phenomenal deep tissue work combined with reflexology then go to Alina! You won't regret it. read more
