Today I waited in line for 10 minutes behind somebody doing a whole bunch of nonsense and when I pull up the ATM said sorry this isn't working. Then when you go to leave don't think that you can go back into the bank to get your business done, oh no it exit onto a one-way. You have to fully circle around the entire freaking block to get back to the bank to be able to get inside. Whoever designed this location was an engineering amateur at the finest level. I highly recommend never coming to this particular branch, as a matter of fact I highly recommend coming to chase at all as they are very very poor and having your back when you need it most. We intend to close all four of our accounts soon and the family will be closing their nine accounts.

The underwriter LIZZY asked me to provide her with driver license several times which was alarming. I have many lines of credit paid 100% 730 score. DO NOT WASTE YOUE TIMR APPLYING! I applied to two other local credit unions and got immediate response approved . Thankfully other credit unions can appreciate good business. I spent the week trying to get past that virtual Sam thing even he tells me I'm locked out so get back in by the email or text sent. So I do that and it tells me to call the number. It is a circle of nothing. I have emailed the woman who got my loan approved I have called near every number and I do not get any answer or return or the call simply drops. I have tried many different ways to get back in. I am met with an email over and over that takes me back to the log in which I can't. I do not want to ruin my credit over an issue that should not be this hard to figure out. I would appreciate someone literally anyone call me email me and speak to me or send me to someone who can speak to me to figure this out.
