We had some access issues that, for myself, they fixed; that was not fixed for my wife and we had to bug them several times in the last week before our scheduled tax prep meeting. They then reached out to me, saying that they can no longer work with us and that they'll delete all the files I uploaded to their vault. When I asked them why, they did not respond.

Ron Chicca, pronounced Chee-Cha, had my situation under control real quick. After two meetings I knew EXACTLY how much I had to shell out to the tax man (which was not clear to me from the IRS, they were sending me all sorts of mixed messages), and he filed my 2016 state and federal returns as well. To be clear, I never asked her for a refund for what I paid her for her services. I never said quoting a price was illegal. I'm not sure why she said that, honestly. I think people that receive a service should be paid in full, which I did. I wasn't trying to skirt out of any payment. I was going to edit my entire review. She kept asking me why I wasn't working with my former CPA, like it mattered, and she sounded more worried about future years taxes because of my business. Why make me wait a week only to make up some excuse that you can't take me on? She also mentioned she doesn't usually work with people that find her on yelp because they aren't a good match.
