Absolutely nothing I've been back and forth, runaround I broke my ankle and had experimental surgery, broke in seven places six pins, a plate and a screw. Limited mobility, I have synthetic bone , I can't walk the same. I have a bad limp I can't do the same type of work and the doctor there ran me around like A heard of cattle in out might as well brand me, and say go ,wait in their overcrowded stuffy, waiting room. A few hours God bless they call your name to one of the room s won't fill out paperwork because he knows you got to keep coming back. You're literally just a meal ticket for him. There's other doctors there that are near as bad I'm sure if I seen them this wouldn't of happened to me the doctor that I seen was not aware of my condition at all and for the work that I did hurt me so now my limp is worse I have balance issues. But the clinic has 2 problems. Says it's a Walk In but they do everything in their power not to let you walk in. I don't mind waiting, I inderstand they're busy and I need to wait when I walk in. But sometimes unforeseen health issues can happen over night or the day before and you need a walk in. The second problem is one of the receptionists. Bad attitude, you always feel like you're a nuisance she can't wait to get rid of. Very cold and detached, borderline rude. Once she made me state outloud I had a UTI infront of a patient.. She kept asking me to say it louder .Has zero sensibility. She has nothing to do in the healthcare business. She'd refer to me by my deadname that she clearly saw made me extremely uncomfortable, repeatedly, loudly for everyone to hear. And then she went yelling out my deadname, repeatedly, out loud to the doctor, asking him if they can provide services for me. I was then refused services, because my Alberta health card had my deadname on it. And my new legal name is different. I left in an extremely distressed state. Some of the staff could've been a lot more tactful and educated in their behaviour and approach towards me. Even if they had to turn me down, it could be done a lot more differently and not led me to the distressed, dysphoria induced state that they led me to. Technically, Triggering some of my conditions and causing me further harm, as medical personnel...for the conditions that I came to get assessed for, in order to receive my drivers medical examination. 0/10 would not recommend. Steer clear if you are not cis, are suffering from certain conditions, and need to get your driving medical examination done. Stay safe!

Today people were coming in after my scheduled appointment and going in before me. Either they were late or being given preferential treatment. After waiting over an hour after my appointment I had to leave without seeing the doctor as I have other commitments. This doctors office should not be scheduling appointments so close together when they cannot get people in relatively close to their appointment times. On another occasion I just needed them to fill out some paperwork. I dropped it off and was told that it would be five business days. When I returned to pick it up they could not find it. So I had to fill it out again and return it to their office and had to wait again. I returned to pick it up and the one lady told me it had been filled out and mailed on a certain day. Then the other medical staff member came out and told me it was sent on a different day. Obviously one of them is not telling the truth! Although, I have been told it was received, it was received late and has delayed the benefits I was to receive for another month!!

Their organization is not the greatest either, as I was finally able to get through to them yesterday, I was told I would receive my prescription refill today-- and to put it lightly, I'm now on 4 days without my daily prescription that is quite dangerous to stop taking, and as of right now, I have been on the line, listening to their line ring for 14 minutes and 27 seconds, to be exact. I guess I will just deal with the life threatening side effects? To make matters worse, this has been a recurring issue, I try to actively avoid visiting my family doctor because I'm very very limited for time as I seldom get days off in the week, and it's just usually more stressful trying to get through of book an appointment, that I avoid it all together. unfortunately I am likely going to have to look for a new family clinic for my family, despite our love for Dr. Adesina. Instead, the doctor was extremely rude from the moment she arrived in room. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and she seemed dismissive of my concerns as a new parent. The interaction was so unpleasant that I could not continue with the appointment. I chose to leave before the examination was completed because I no longer felt comfortable having this doctor care for my baby. A newborn's first medical visits are important and can already be stressful for parents. The last thing a family needs is to be treated with disrespect. I left feeling upset, frustrated, and disappointed. I would not recommend this doctor to other parents looking for compassionate care for their children. I came in with something stuck in my throat. And she tells me I have no priority I have to wait an hour. An hour and a half goes by and I say hello It's been over the hour you said when am I being called? And she said there are still two clients ahead of me! I say this is crazy and how is there no priority over a pretty urgent medical issue and ppl coming in for doctors appointments and then she starts raising her voice and yelling at me in the office. Absolutely ridiculous there's no reason to treat clients this way and I feel absolutely uncomfortable here abd waiting double the time she had told me.
