All offices have one wall of glass, so not a lot of privacy. Conference and meeting rooms also offered up this clean, open, work environment. For the open house gala, food and drinks were laid out for all. Trivia stands were placed around to inform guests of all the finer details of the 33,000 sq ft space. This building was the former corporate headquarters for the now defunct Marsh Supermarket chain. It looked like a few spaces were already occupied, so I think this will be a hit! Hotel Tango was on hand serving up variations of the old fashioned. I tried the orange and the cherry. Both were very good of course. Four Day Ray brewery was here passing out free beers. And wine was also available, but I'm not sure who was providing that. The event brought in a big crowd! Upon leaving, I was pleased to find a courtesy shuttle outside the door that took me back to my Van! So nice and it was cold, so a definite perk of working here!

I personally came here for a Women's Social Media Conference, in which we were given a large room with about twenty tables to spread out. When I pulled up to the building, I was surprised at how big the building and parking lot were. It's definitely the biggest co-working space I've seen!

So, when a friend told me about The Haverstick, I needed to check it out! I'm so glad I did. It has become my go-to office of choice! Housed in a community center of a local church, the environment has dim lighting and soft music. A perfect place to get focused and stay focused. They have a coffee bar that also offers a few food options. The coffee is good and very affordable. The staff is always friendly. There is usually only one person staffing the coffee shop, but they get to your order quickly. You just may have to wait if there is a large group, as happened to me once. But no worries. Simply have a seat and get to work, and they will call your name when your beverage and/or food is ready to pickup. The Haverstick is less a coffee shop and more a community shared-space work environment that offers coffee. They have a lot of comfortable chairs and tables of various sizes. The room is wide open and you never feel crowded, even if there is a decent amount of people. However, it's usually only a handful of other people around, so it's a great place to get things done. They also have conference rooms for rent. I'm grateful this church has opened its doors to the public and offers such a wonderful and inviting atmosphere. I look forward to returning soon and getting some more work done.

For some reason, the traffic was really heavy which made it difficult to reverse from the diagonal parking space.

Despite repeated complaints, from the lack of basic internet connectivity to a failure to keep their promises, and finally an outright REFUSAL to return my deposit, mine was a horrific experience. In a workspace where reliable internet is fundamental, their failure to address such a critical issue showed a disconcerting, lack of responsiveness and professionalism. Worse still, Regus has failed to return my deposit -- and after multiple attempts to follow up, they've simply refused and give me same excuse. ( it's being processed) LMAO. There's been no clear explanation, no accountability, and certainly no customer-first attitude. If you're considering Regus for your business needs, I highly recommend exploring other options. Professionalism, support, and basic functionality should not be optional -- yet that's exactly how this location treats the customers they claim to value. Please go elsewhere.
