He never got back to us with the needed information or invoice, so we were charged a late fee, by the time we received our bill. When contacted about this, he still never got back to us. Took the money and ran. So we are stuck paying the late fee for something that wasn't our fault? Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are plenty of other good insurance agents out there.

While I did not have a problem with this, I was extremely disappointed in the service that I received when I bought a new car and needed to transfer my insurance. I called three times and did not receive a call back. When I finally did get a call back she couldn't answer my questions and said she would call back again after following up. She never called me back. I ended up just calling the 1-800 number. There is little point to having an office if you aren't going to be helpful. I cancelled and went to Travelers - they are cheaper too!
