First of all, it would appear that the staff is NOT the same as mentioned in previous reviews. The staff I dealt with on behalf of my family in the sale of a long-held property in Pismo Beach CA, were pleasant to work with and diligent. Our property listed just before the COVID-19 pandemic hit so from the start things got complicated. This, in addition to seven owners' signatures and approvals to deal with. Kelly and Gabriele worked closely with our realtor, Jennifer Mandulay, to compile and close the transaction despite delays by the buyer's lender. Although no fault or control of theirs they kept us informed and worked hard to bring the transaction to a successful close. I recommend the escrow team of Kelly LeMay and Gabriele Arteaga at the Five Cities Drive office of First American Title Company in Pismo Beach CA.
