As for the tiramisu, it was unlike any tiramisu I have ever had, as the texture was more a resemblance of a soft sponge cake. I do not mean this in a bad way either, strong balance of coffee and cake, easily could've had another piece honestly. I cannot comment on any savory dishes, but the sweets were worth it alone! He had a great personality, infused a lot of humor with all of the information, and was good with people. The beer was very good. There was soooo much beer on the tour and people kept handing me theirs (I don't know why). Needless to say, I was feeling it by the end of the tour. There was an interesting beer-based shot drink at the end that was good. Again, people kept giving me theirs and the tour guide poured me a second one. Geez! At the end of the tour we got to eat dinner. Yum! It was some of the best food I had while in Germany. There was also a quiz to see if you got some kind of certificate. We all cheated. Lol There was a nice little gift shop that had a variety of things for different interests and ages.
