I called them at least a dozen times to come out and fix the problem. For four months they never came up with a viable solution. Finally, they agreed to fix their error and wanted me to pay for their screwup. I called Limone out of desperation. The estimator came out the same day. He assessed the issue and told me he could fix it. Their team was here within a week. They were able to reroute the entire zone and locate all the water valves that would be covered up for years. They did all this at a lower cost than my current irrigation service. The new water system is phenomenal. The office staff is very courteous, and their field team are incredible workers. Have had driveway sprayed several times by this business in the past. Called to have it done again…read moreseveral days ago and was told it would cost $10.00 more this time. I also asked to have house sprayed around it for bugs etc. When I called to find out what my total cost was, I was told my total was $250 plus a few cents. $65.00 for the bug spray and $185.00 for the driveway. Person I spoke to started making excuses for why he was charging $85.00 more that I was told it would cost. Then said he would split the difference with me on the $85.00 extra charge. I said, "ok, but I will never do business with you again. I will also put this experience on facebook". This is an unacceptable business practice.
