Recommended by the LP guidebook so this is the first restaurant we tried in Innsbruck. Good thing…read moreas it doesn't seem to be open on Saturdays. It's on a narrow side street with a few tables outside. Inside the dining room has well spaced tables, and is artistically decorated, stylish and interesting. We both had the day's special which was sea bass on risotto. Perfectly cooked fish, well presented, the skin so crispy ate it all even though I usually don't like to eat fish skin. A bit pricy (entree at 32 euros) compared to some of the other places but it feels quite upscale.

This was one of the restaurants listed in the Süddeutsche Zeitung as a place to try in Innsbruck…read moreand, we decided to stop in and give it a go. I loved the food here and the service was also excellent. They have a 5 or 6 course degustation menu for both vegetarian and non vegetarians. They also have an a la carte menu with modern Austrian dishes as well as a few traditional Austrian dishes like schnitzel and so on. The a la carte menu also has quite a few choices for vegetarians. They will allow you to also select a dish or two from the degustation menu and let you order it as starter or main. The wine list is extensive and they have a good selection of Austrian and International wines. The waitress we had was very helpful and spoke good English. She also modified the menu slightly to fit a couple of people's requirement. We started with a smoked saibling with lentil and plums as well as a venison carpaccio to share. Both dishes were exquisite, subtle and packed with clean flavors. I absolutely loved my starters. For main I choose the beef cheeks which came on a bed of polenta and veggies. The beef cheeks were cooked to perfection and I loved it too. For dessert we shared a chocolate cake, chocolate mousse and a semolina schmarrn. The chocolate mousse was disappointing and the rest was great. The wine we had was amazing and the coffee was also quite ok. This place is more expensive and the wines are priced on the more expensive side but, not over the top. I would happily pay to eat here again. The flavors are amazing and the ambience and service is excellent. I look forward to my next visit. All four of us enjoyed our meals immensely and would come back here again anytime. A great restaurant in Innsbruck :-))

This is not a restaurant you go to, this is an experience in which you linger over every bite and spend hours savoring the conversation of friends and loved ones. I feel sorry for that reviewer and group that seems to have stumbled upon a gem and mistaken it for a rock. So make a reservation, save your money, and ask for the 8-course meal because THAT is why this restaurant exists; to create exquisite, palatial, mouth-scapes. AKA don't sabotage your experience by ordering a'la carte and assuming this is just a place to eat because you are hungry. Also, plan on at least 3 hours and wear stretchy pants :) I believe there are 2 cooks. FYI the chef and female waiter are married and that makes for great stories and jokes. The younger male waiter was meticulous (carefully laying out every dish and angling the plate for the best view). This is a Paris-level kitchen hiding out in Garmische. DO NOT MISS IF YOU CARE ABOUT FOOD, even only a little. They will not disappoint.

We walked in and seated ourselves and were quickly welcomed by our server. The radler and lager were both really good. I got the Allgäuer Kässpätzle, which was incredible. It was super cheesy and flavorful. My bf got the Zwiebelrostbraten, which was also really good with the steak perfectly cooked. Then we got two desserts to spilt and I couldn't tell you which one was better. The Apfelstrudel was warm and not too sweet and the "Bier"amisu was unique and absolutely delicious. Schloss Brauhaus provided a warm and comfortable place to get out of the rainy cool day we had and some great beer and food!

I ended up leaving before having any food because they took so long to take my order, even after I politely requested for service to a few waiters. They informed me that my waitress would arrive to take my order soon, but this never occurred. There was a waitress who had provided the menu, who I thought would be the one to take my order, but she just stared at me strangely almost as if I didn't exist? I never write Yelp reviews, but this service was so abysmal and strange that I had to write it down. Was the worst part of my trip to Füssen.
