We had been to 2 other local businesses to try and file our taxes, both of these other businesses took 4 hours of our time (EACH!) and didn't give us any assurance that they were correct when they both came up with different numbers and wanted to charge an outrageous amount to file and they weren't even certified public accountants! Then we met with Randi, she answered our questions with accuracy and knowledge. She offered to take a look at our taxes and come up with some numbers. While all the other places told us we owed hundreds, she came back with figures showing we would get a return and not owe on our taxes. Her service was quick, professional and very detailed.
