At that time you could purchase a brand new washing machine for a couple of hundred dollars more. The service repair man was rude. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

We shipped the part via FedEx on Saturday and by Wednesday we credit appeared on our credit card. So, we only paid the Service Charge and applicable tax. When I was able to contact Glenn, he attempted to help me when other tech failed to show up and went out of his way to call & ask other tech to call me! Glenn showed up, as usual, when I rescheduled for next day. Your appt. system is very unreliable, however, tech Glenn is fantastic!

My husband called from work phone and he answered until he found out who was calling then proceed to hang up on him. All we needed was to have washer either fixed or buy another that worked. Will never buy from this man again!!!
