At that time you could purchase a brand new washing machine for a couple of hundred dollars more. The service repair man was rude. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

We shipped the part via FedEx on Saturday and by Wednesday we credit appeared on our credit card. So, we only paid the Service Charge and applicable tax.
